Your statement that we are all 'somebody's kids' is often forgotten by those who have. Thank you for stepping up and stepping out! From Canada.

I have been ordering them from China through aliexpress. They are the 'amazon' of China and hold your money until you receive the goods... then they send the money to the vendor.

Thanks for the tip. I've used bike trailers before with my Meridian etrike and some didn't hold up to well to the weight, the wheels actually bent and were ruined, so was wondering about the bearings in yours, do you think they would hold up to road use? Im thinking the wheel structure on yours would work much better with the weight.

I wanted to do exactly this but I’ve been trying to find an attachment for a regular bicycle.

It seems that attaching trailers to the rear axle is a problem with heavier loads. The seat post is a solid connection point.

Look into a Burley trailer hitch for bikes. The hitch themselves are cheap and gives you something sturdy to attach to. For anything heavier, I would use cargo straps instead of stretch cord.

I want to do this with a normal bike. Is this possible?

Where there is a will there is a way... you might not be bored anymore though.
