Wow so on point for me! I walked away from a person who I put alot of time, energy and love into helping because I felt undervalued and taken for granted. It was the last straw and instead of expressing this I didn't respond. In time if he truly wants me in his life he will make an effort to demonstrate this. I know my inability to regulate my emotions and communicate effectively was a huge factor, however having firmer boundaries in the first place would've prevented most of the toxicity from happening. I am aware of my value and worth, I will never compromise myself for anyone, access to me will be earned and I will still be the kind, empathetic, understanding, and outstanding woman that I am. I have told my wife for about a decade now. When I go to sleep, I go to work. I meld with all life in our world. I take the energy of love, hope, and peace and infuse it in all life in our world. The vibrational frequency of love, hope, and peace is between 500-600 hertz. When we as a collective we move to this vibrational frequency we can save mankind and the world. I hate this I’m not gonna lie I’m still so in love with my husband but he’s bringing out some rank hate in me as he has mh 1yr old daughter and won’t let me see her and she has to live with him an his mistress.
I lost my father in march our home was demolished in June and my husband left and stole our baby in December. I don’t know how the hell I’m doing this.

Oddly specific lol I am in separation soon to be divorced from my sons father. Went from being a stay at home mom & now am a mom and full time provider . and our son turns 1 in February 🫢 tried to be cordial time and time again but he’s very hot & cold. it’s definitely been a challenge everyone around me sees the growth in general of my establishing myself but I still feel as if it’s not enough. Been stacking a lot on my plate to make up for the lack (or what I feel I lack) Not enough money, apartment not good enough, need a better car, etc. not sure if my challenge is to appreciate and move forward from hyper focusing on money /saving
