When I read the old testament as a Christian, I can see Yeshua, the Messiah everywhere in it. Yeshua is the way, the truth, and the life, not just for the Gentiles, but first for the Jews, the people of Israel. Yeshua is the Living God that is the way to salvation for those that follow him. He is the truth in the law of God, given in His Word. His life's blood is the sacrifice for our sins because He loves the world so much. There is no justice without forgiveness, and no forgiveness without love. Yeshua is the bridge between the old covenant and the new covenant that marries justice with love into one flesh, the Holy Spirit. When the people of Israel praise Yeshua as their Messiah, then the covenants are united, and God will heal Israel, and pour His blessings upon them, and Jews and Gentiles will worship the Lord together in the body of Christ, the Messiah. In His eternal kingdom, we shall be born again with eternal life and perfect justice and love and peace.
Yeshua, the Messiah, gives life to the truth of His Holy Word, scripture old and new. The Creator of the universe loves you personally, and yearns for your salvation. He is forever faithful.

Shalom! Israelis don't keep the Sunday. Sunday is a working day in Israel. On the Sabbath most of the Israelis rest. Very few things are open on that day in Israel. The Israelis who follow Yeshua and who rest on the Sabbath don't observe the Sabbath in the way rabbinic Judaism does.

Please keep to what the Anointed One, our Savior, said and realize that Saulus of Tarsus preached his own Gospel and was a false apostle. Otherwise, you will fall out of the frying pan into the fire and become one of those about whom Jesus said:

(i.e. worship on Sundays, celebrate Christmas and Easter instead of keeping God's holy feast days, eat unclean animals, suppress your wifes and so on and justify all of these abominations with reference to the literal anti-christ "Paul").

Paul never said that Jews should live as Gentiles. What he said was that Gentiles should not live as Jews. And this even traditional Judaism agrees with, that Gentiles will not become Jews nor should they obey all the commandments of the Torah when the Messiah comes. They are not supposed to do so, for they are not Jews, and the Torah was given to the Jews alone.

This is why it's almost impossible to convert an observant Jew to Christianity. We know the New Testament is antithetical to the Hebrew Scriptures.

" When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."
So what were the last words of Jesus? What Luke said or what John said?
Matthew 27;46
“And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”
Eli Eli is Hebrew and means "my God my God" and Christians always make a reference to Psalm 22 where it says
באֵלִ֣י אֵ֖לִי לָמָ֣ה עֲזַבְתָּ֑נִי רָח֥וֹק מִ֜ישֽׁוּעָתִ֗י דִּבְרֵ֥י שַֽׁאֲגָתִֽי:
That word "sabachtani" does not exist in this verse as it does in the New Testament. "sabachtani" replaced AZAVTANI. It's mistranslated. It means "why why have you entrapped me" not forsaken me. Azavtani means entrapped me
Mark 15:34
"And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”.
So Mark quotes Jesus as saying it in Aramaic not Hebrew. Since Mark was the first writing, he was the one more correct than Matthew.
The gospel writers all disagree with each other, contradict each other. Abandoning someone and entrapping someone are 2 different things. If this was a court of law, their testomonies would all be thrown out for not being credible.

If you want to know what were the last words of Yeshua, just put together what Luke and John said. Yeshua said "It is finished", and He also said "Father, in your hands I commend my spirit". That's very simple. There is no contradiction. John quotes just one thing that Yeshua said before dying, and Luke another thing that He also said.
Regarding Matthew and Mark quoting Yeshua's words about the Psalm 22:2, the word sabachthani is both Aramaic and Mishnaic Hebrew. And the word Eli is also Aramaic and not only Hebrew. You can find both words "Eli" and "sabachthani" in the Targum of Psalm 22 (sacred ancient Jewish translation of the Hebrew Bible into Aramaic). If Yeshua said Elohi or Eli is irrelevant, what really matters is that He said "My God, my God", and this was transmitted by both Gospels.
And no, azavtani does not mean entrapped me, but forsook me. Just check a Lexicon and you will see it. Just check the JPS (Jewish Publication Society), the most used Jewish translation of the Tanakh in the world, and you will see there that azavtani is translated there as "forsook me". Check also the Orthodox Jewish website of Chabad, which translates it in the same way www.chabad.org/library/bible_cdo/aid/16243
By the way, I am a lawyer. In a court of law the Gospels, as it has been already shown historically speaking, would be considerable very reliable as independent testimonies. In a court of law, if different witnesses give the same testimony, with exactly the same versions, with no apparent contradictions, they are deemed as forged testimonies, arranged beforehand. Because the Gospels speak about the same events by different angles and in different ways, they are indeed considered reliable historically speaking, and not forged.
By the way, we can read the Tanakh in Hebrew and read it in Hebrew and we firmly believe that Yeshua is the promised Messiah. There is no contradiction between the Tanakh and the Brit Chadasha (New Testament) and we have seen in our ministry Orthodox Jews coming to Yeshua.
