You can have 3 different phones, but none of them even combined come close to iPhone 11's performance, let alone the cameras. Plus none of them will be waterproof, wont have any resale value, all will be a generation old within 6 months, and don't even get me started on the software updates. So ya, you waste ur money on those 3 phones, let me enjoy my iPhone 11.

@@atharvatalaulikar9066 You are wrong. Apple provides you with a guarantee of 5 years of updates if not even more (the iPhone 6s still got iOs 13 for example). Android smartphones are giving out 2 years of OS updates and maybe 1 more year of security patches and then you can buy a new phone for maybe the same price so in the end you won't save any money comparing it to a phone you are using for 5 or 6 years.
I did a comparison between my note 8 pro and an iphone in a cell phone store and in some cases i actually preferred the dynamic range and colors on the note 8 pro, just like with these tests. Obviously the iphone is sharper and deals with highlight rolloff better but i am impressed with and even prefer how the note 8 pro deals with shadows. Not to mention it is also possible to use Gcam if you want alternative color science to xiaomi's proprietary colors which can sometimes be oversaturated, so you have other options. To be honest, for the fractionary gains the iphone offers, you can easily buy a DSLR and lenses that offer much better image quality than both these phones which is a much better value than just buying the iphone for the camera alone.
These Camera comparisons are amazing 👏 Dont argue which is better guys. If you have the budget go all the way and get an iphone it will be worth it but if you dont, go with the redmi n8 pro you probably won't miss a thing 🙂. I have an iphone 8 plus🙂

Hey thanks. I am not sure which LTE bands AT&T and T-Mobile use, but my Note 8 Pro is a Global unit and it works on all (most) LTE bands available in India, Australia and Dubai.

There option to turn it off in the camera settings. People ask us to leave it on for these videos, so they know that the photos are really from those phones. Personally I hate having that watermark on my images..

Yes, you can consider old flagships, but stay far far away from old Pixel phones. They perform really really bad after a year and the performance is significantly slower after 15-18 months. Getting one of the previous Oneplus phones would be the safest bet.

They need more Resolution and sharpness on their photos. I would go with the 11. You don't notice that display is not AMOLED or higher resolution after a day, but for other things like Camera, Battery, performance, display size iPhone 11 is better than XS.

I ordered note 8 pro gamma green two days back. Waiting for the phone to arrive this monday. With full of excitement, from the moment I bought the phone I am watching all the note 8 pro videos I could find. After using Iphones from 2011 and got tired of IOS , I am finally shifting to Android. Yay joining the android club and getting rid of Apple.
I bought redmi note 8 pro around 10 days back.. After watching more than a dozen reviews and comparisons with Realme xt and other phones 😂.. I'm quite satisfied with this phone. The 64 mp camera mode works like a beast and so does the portrait mode.. It only lacks in it's macro camera. The quality of pics i saw in almost all the videos are far better than the ones i took using macro camera.. And i still haven't been able to find the reason behind it. 😅
As I said in the video, Macro camera just has a 2 megapixel sensor, so make sure you are taking these shots in bright light or sunlight. Indoor macro shots won't be as good as the outdoor ones. And make sure to use steady hands.
That’s right man. This megapixel number war comes and goes every few years. Last time it was between Samsung, Nokia, Sony, but they all came down to 12 and 16mp. Same will happen with Xiaomi and Realme. In the end image processing matters not just the number of megapixels.
There is not a huge change in both these phones. 16K is a lot of money, and only you can decide if its worth for you or not. For me, I like to have the best set of cameras with me all the time, so I did upgrade to the iPhone 11 from XR. But this might not apply to everyone. If you take multiple photos daily, and if your smartphone is the only camera you carry, then I think the extra price is worth it. Maybe wait for another month or so and see if Apple brings down the price of the iPhone 11, like they did with the XR last year.

I have redmi note8 pro for years and I still didn’t know it has 4K video feature lol, now I felt like I found a treasure, sadly I was recording everything with 1080p/30 fps and I was thinking my phone can’t record better, weird thing I was planing to get a new phone which has 4K, maybe I use this for several years more lol, also I like the quality of 64m photos, this phone is really rock!
Judging from what Xiaomi/Redmi has done in past with every phone, with a new major update the camera software will get bad, then they will say they improved it with an update (which should have not needed in the 1st place), and then camera software will degrade over each software update coz the Note 9 Pro would have arrived by then. I have talked to around 15 Note 5 Pro, 6 Pro and 7 Pro users and they had the same conclusion.
Thats right. And now there are some reports coming out that iOS 14 will support same phones as iOS 13. If this is true, it will mean day 1 software updates for 6 years.
If I had all the money in the world I'd still get the Redmi Note 8 Pro. I can buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB which is I think the top model iPhone, sure, but it's just too much money for a phone. The Redmi is fine. It's still a very very nice phone at a killer price. Got my 128GB Global ROM Mineral Grey variant straight from Xiaomi for just $210 using promos from both Xiaomi and Shopee. okay so basically simple photoshop tweaks can make the redmi portrait shots looks exactly like the iPhone 11 in terms of skin tone and blur, it won't be a lot of work in photoshop, because the differences aren't that huge. Redmi it is lol.
Phone is not just about Camera and storage and RAM. Security plays an important role as the phone knows lot about you, than you can actually think off. You pay high price for Apple not just for the phone hardware and software, but also for the security it brings. And in every way Apple wins.

Having more megapixels doesn’t mean it has a better cameras. Those many pixels are still packed in on a tiny smartphone sensor, which means much much smaller individual pixels, which can gather much less light and details. So don’t concentrate on more megapixels, look for bigger individual pixel size without pixel binning.
Ya note 8 Pro better than iPhone for the price. But remember forget about the megapixel But when it comes verstatiltyand main camera sensor size that that 1.6 micron compared to 1.4 is a big win for note 8

There is not a huge change in both these phones. 16K is a lot of money, and only you can decide if its worth for you or not. For me, I like to have the best set of cameras with me all the time, so I did upgrade to the iPhone 11 from XR. But this might not apply to everyone.
If you take multiple photos daily, and if your smartphone is the only camera you carry, then I think the extra price is worth it.
Maybe wait for another month or so and see if Apple brings down the price of the iPhone 11, like they did with the XR last year.
Please help all videos say redmi can record 1080p120 but mine is locked at 60
Switch to slow motion mode, there you get the option to change the resolution to 1080p 120fps

120fps videos are recorded with the sole purpose of slowing them down. Else there is no use of recording videos in such high frame rate.

I have redmi note8 pro for years and I still didn’t know it has 4K video feature lol, now I felt like I found a treasure, sadly I was recording everything with 1080p/30 fps and I was thinking my phone can’t record better, weird thing I was planing to get a new phone which has 4K, maybe I use this for several years more lol, also I like the quality of 64m photos, this phone is really rock!

Note 8 pro still not yet get the latest OS update , I wander if the camera software will get any improvement due to the Android 10 update later .
Judging from what Xiaomi/Redmi has done in past with every phone, with a new major update the camera software will get bad, then they will say they improved it with an update (which should have not needed in the 1st place), and then camera software will degrade over each software update coz the Note 9 Pro would have arrived by then.
I have talked to around 15 Note 5 Pro, 6 Pro and 7 Pro users and they had the same conclusion.

If I had all the money in the world I'd still get the Redmi Note 8 Pro. I can buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB which is I think the top model iPhone, sure, but it's just too much money for a phone. The Redmi is fine. It's still a very very nice phone at a killer price. Got my 128GB Global ROM Mineral Grey variant straight from Xiaomi for just $210 using promos from both Xiaomi and Shopee. Unbeatable.

okay so basically simple photoshop tweaks can make the redmi portrait shots looks exactly like the iPhone 11 in terms of skin tone and blur, it won't be a lot of work in photoshop, because the differences aren't that huge. Redmi it is lol.

You pay high price for Apple not just for the phone hardware and software, but also for the security it brings. And in every way Apple wins.
I think xiaomi using default 12mp there're no different except the resolutions and software used for image processing

Bro one doubt is really redmi k20 use telephoto lens in portrait mode because after taking shots it shows 12mp but actually telephoto is 8mp

Having more megapixels doesn’t mean it has a better cameras. Those many pixels are still packed in on a tiny smartphone sensor, which means much much smaller individual pixels, which can gather much less light and details. So don’t concentrate on more megapixels, look for bigger individual pixel size without pixel binning.
