Junkan dying so you can live is actually really sad. This dude was trapped inside a chest and when someone finally came along and got him out they went together and fought the gungeon dwellers until when you almost die he kills himself so you could live even though he was trapped for so long he gave it up so the person who helped him could live.
I’m sure he’s smilling In heaven...
But if you win he takes the spotlight

A sad easter egg idea:
If you find a junkan shrine on the same run ser junkan dies, you can lay a flower there that you find somewhere in the level.
It could bring ser junkan back and he could give you an orange or something to remember him. (because he sorta looks like a lunch bag)
And once you've done that there could be a way to avenge junkan by killing one of every enemy in the game or something similar.

and the orange is callled "junkans orange" and you use it and it gives you 1+hp and 1 max hp and can be used after killing an enemy
What if instead it unlocked a super secret room after placing the orange where one of every enemy is spawned but in waves (floor 1 enemies, then 2, then 3, etc.)
Then, when you beat it, it permanently unlocks both an item called super junkan (basically an enhanced ser junkan), and a room that you can enter after beating the floor before the forge (a boss rush of sorts) where bosses spawn in the same wave system as before. The dragun and lich won’t be included, the bosses will have less health and weaker dps caps, and you’ll have a reward of 2 rainbow synergy chests, 2 item pedestals and a random s-tier health-up

I know Im hella late to this, but, this game is amazing and I cant believe more ppl dont even know about it let alone how fun it is to play. Thanks for giving this game some love and making some videos for those of us who do find the game fun and addictive. Tables are good, I think at least, because you can roll into them and slide while keeping the roll speed to cross rooms with lots of tables connected together. I might be biased as I get those rooms a lot.

Gatling gulls missiles suck whenever he stops spewing them out and he jumps the last one he spewed out always gets me
Yeah, I think Gatling Gull is easier for new players, but once you learn how the twins work, you can kill them super easily. The King will always be the hardest boss of the first floor, though.
(By the way, I'm referring to the chat that Hutts responded to somewhere in the first ten minutes).
I got the lolis' in the back Gatling Gull is easiest for new players? Not in my book. He was and still is the hardest first floor boss, followed by the Trigger Twins, then the King.
Gatling Gull does have 2 generations that make his very easy, but his spread of bullets is quite difficult to avoid until you realize how to avoid it.
Even then, he can sometimes force you into a blank by his odd spread. Only one of the attacks in challenging, but it can push you into dodge-rolling into his other bullets.
The Trigger Twins can have some odd combinations of attacks that may be difficult to avoid, but that’s rare.
But the King just has very easily avoidable attacks.
Upset face? Get ready for some free hits.
Spinning? Get ready for some free hits.
Shooting? Get ready for some free hits.
The only thing to worry about is if he backs you into a wall and then uses an exploding bullet, which again, once you experience once you know not to do again.

The robot and ser junkan were made for eachother. The robot gains 5% more damage for each junk he grabs, and ser junkan does too.

As a person who only started playing three days ago. I'm pretty happy that I'm now able to make it to floor 4........but when I got to the fifth floor, I forgot that I dodge rolled......needless to say, I lost my chance to unlock this little fucker,and I'm pissed.

riley kopinski That is also incorrect. You find him at a 20% chance replacing regular junk before you unlock him. And then it is 1% chance to replace regular junk, and he can be found as an item.
