I ended up buying two of these, one for my war belt and one for my wife's belt (3-gun competitions). You (Poormans Bushcraft) might want to check your order. Mine came with both the CAT and a Gerber Strap cutter.
Nasal airways come in more sizes than just adult and pediatric. They usually come in sizes of 32 French, 34 French, etc up to about 38. There’s a way to measure. I’m sure there is a standard size in military IFAKs so the French size on that is probably what’s standard.
The Isreali bandage is a pressure bandage to keep pressure on a severe wound. Requires adequate training to operate it correctly.
The petrolatum gauze is used for a makeshift chest seal. You use the foil wrapper and place it over the wound, then tape it on three sides.

if you pull from the K side of the word ifak you can access your I terror chest seals pocket much easier, leg!
not designed for front attachment? the other pouches would get in the way of the pull out. seems like designed for back or very top of chest
