    I like how well behaved the graph is. It would be boring for a DD, but I imagine it works great for a planar, taming the typical planar harshness.

      I agree and good to see something different and I like the more relaxed tuning this has.

    What would you pick for electronic music, a single DD set like Delci or the S08?

    • @VortexReviews1
      @VortexReviews1  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Tough question. They have different tunings but are solid IEMS for each of their price points.

      I prefer this over the Hexa. I prefer the S08 tuning.

    They are very safe I would say, prefer my mp145 a lot more find it more dynamic and much more detailed, but I 'm going keep the s08 cos' it's smooth when I'm not listening to extreme metal

      S08 is a much smoother tuning over the MP145 and the MP145 is more detailed but has a large shell.

      If you want the brighter sound go the F1 Pro or the smoother tuning then go for this.

    Since the 7hz Timeless ii got quietly cancelled (gutted about that) I've been at a loss as to what iem I should get to replace my 7hz Timeless.
    I gather these are tuned differently to the timeless but what would you say out of the planars you have listened to, sound better than the timeless? If you don't mind answering? I haven't brought an iem in 2/3 years lol

    • @luvingyouu
      @luvingyouu 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      my ears are different but I would prefer shozy p20 or modded s12 (doesn’t have to be shortbus mod, I like mine with popped bass vent and a fair bit of foam in the nozzle)
      If s15 was cheaper I would recommend it but it’s wayyyyy too expensive. Mp145 too big and there is way too many different graphs I’ve seen. Literally my own friends graphed different mp145 on the same set ups and got such different results. Nicehck f1 pro hit or miss, I didn’t mind it and it’s a good price for the build. I feel like I’m missing one but can’t think of it off the top of my head

    • @luvingyouu
      @luvingyouu 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@Ausemere ah there is that but it is disc and on top of being a fair bit expensive compared to what a planar should be priced at nowadays. Though the wu is a great set and was my probably favorite planar pre s12 modding. I remembered though! Artti t10, weird shell but pretty good warm stock tuning. If someone wants a planar to try there is no other reason to get anything other than the t10 imo. The KZ PR sets are awfully tuned and don't have that planar stage width and height I felt... a bit disappointing but they are cheap.
