Chapter 8: New Zealand Wanaka Trip on 27th Apr 2024

Chapter 8 focuses on our journey from Lake Wanaka/Lake Hawea to That Wanaka Tree and using Crown Range Road to 2 famous spots, Cardrona Bra Fence and Crown Range Summit before meeting Ella and Peter in Arrowtown on 27th Apr 2024. Please take a look at Chapter 7 for details.
Our original plan was to stay near the famous Blue Pool but unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance. Thus, we decided to change our strategy to stay at The Camp - Lake Hawea Holiday Park so that we can return to visit Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea which we miss due to limited daylight. We are very happy with our decision; you will know the reason after viewing this Chapter 8 video footage.
I hope you will enjoy the stunning cinematic scenes of Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea as well as the lonely Wanaka Tree which is surrounded by beautiful scenes and many photographers. I was surprised by the numerous multi-color bras hanging at The Cardrona Bra Fence. You should watch out for the strong wind at Crown Range Summit if you ever visit this place.
