We don’t need affordable housing, we need to reduce taxes and spending, so people have more money in their pocket, and to limit corporations on owning properties
Too bad these funds didn’t get to the right hands. In small towns, they ( rich people) take this money and they build a brand new beautiful duplex or home and rented out for $12-$1500 or they sell it and that loan actually ends up being forgiven so no money that’s supposed to go to low income buildings don’t line the pockets of people that need it.
It’s so much more than that. The criminal enterprise behind housing authorities is beyond epic proportions. Before they put any additional funds into HUD, they must asses the HOUSING AUTHORITIES receiving the funds.
