Using natural chews is a better option these are things like trachea, pig ears, chicken feet, etc. The dental chews also don't do much for actual teeth cleaning but in the end it's up to the owner 🤷
Chile I was giving my Yorkie them thinking they was go make her breath smell good I almost passed out when I smelt it now I give her mouth was brush teeth and have dental treats
I know this video is a little older, but for anyone looking into greenies or dental chews for puppies, they are only approved for puppies 6 months and older. Until then, you can use puppy safe chew toys and brushing. Hope this info helps!

Hi! Thank you so much for the advice. I've spoken to my vet and he says that it's okay to start socialization with other dogs as soon as she gets her second vaccination and if the other dog is fully vaccinated. While I do want to start the socialization process with other dogs that I know, I will not be taking her on walks or to parks until she is fully vaccinated. :)
Just a piece of advice I have a Yorkie and their stomachs are really sensitive they aren’t supposed to have wheat and greenies has wheat! It will make them sick and it can also get stuck in their throats just thought I should let you know since yours is a Yorkie mix for mine I get the merricks fresh kisses brand! You’re puppy’s so cute.

hey! just to let you know hypo-allergenic dogs still shed. They just don't have dandruff or oil on their fur, so you don't have to bathe them as often. I mean in the nicest way possible! I love this video.

If you don’t feel comfortable trimming her nails with the clipper, you can try an electric dremel, it’s a less chance of cutting their skin and if you desensitize the puppy from it, they shouldn’t be scared, also I think there might be mint flavored greenies but I’m not sure
Thank you so much! I'll have to look into that because I've tried trimming her nails a couple of times before but I can only do it when she's asleep. Even then, I am super cautious and barely cut any off because I'm so worried about cutting too far.

Hey, rope toys aren’t great because pups can shred the rope and they can’t be digested and the fibres knot together and can cause internal blockages

If you don’t feel comfortable trimming her nails with the clipper, you can try an electric dremel, it’s a less chance of cutting their skin and if you desensitize the puppy from it, they shouldn’t be scared, also I think there might be mint flavored greenies but I’m not sure
Thank you so much! I'll have to look into that because I've tried trimming her nails a couple of times before but I can only do it when she's asleep. Even then, I am super cautious and barely cut any off because I'm so worried about cutting too far.
