Sometimes I use affiliate links, which mean I get a small commission when you purchase something through that link. It just helps me out a lot and means I can continue to do this full time.
You are just a huge Inspiration! I also have been struggeling with diets and excersise though my whole twenties. It is sooo important to ditch all the advises and figure out what is the best way for yourself. It took me 3 years to wrap my head around it and to eat and excercise how it is fitting to me.
I hope more girls and boys can find the strenght to stay true to their personal feelings and not just beauty standards and how everyone is "supposed to look".
Truly thankful for your insight, Helen. ❤
Helen, I've been following you since Mr. Shoes days but dont comment often. I just wanted to thank you for being so transparent, not just in this video but in everything you produce. You are an inspiration and give such great guidance. I recently lost 2 stone and trying to increase my movement. Seeing your mindset towards fitness is so inspiring ❤ Ty keep it up babes
Thank you for being so open - I have terrible self esteem and understand how important my health is, but I struggle with prioritising myself and looking after myself. I was going out for walks but stopped after an illness but will go and get my trainers on, baby steps ❤ you're so positive and inspiring!
This BPM running hack is absolutely genius!!! My speed is wildly inconsistent, can't wait to try this
Sooo good!!!
Your workout routine is so inspiring and a little intimidating! I hope to have enough energy to be able to do all that one day! Guess you just have to build up to it.
I started using the BPM trick when running following you recommending it and it’s worked a treat!
I love a matching gym set! Can you do a collection of your gym wear collection!
I love this video, I'm starting to go back to training this week and this video is motivating me a lot, it's super useful! ❤
Loved this Helen, so motivating! 💪🏻 ❤
This has actually given me the push to get back to my routine again 😂😂 Was doing so well last year and I LOVED every minute of it but fell off over Christmas / New Year. Time to stop slacking and get back to it hahaha.
You are looking incredible 🥰❤️
Happens! You’ll come back!
@@helenanderz ❤️❤️❤️
Ur my fave to watch/listen to while I work out 🫡❤️
I personally love that Elton John song because it’s the song I kept playing that song after finishing a toxic relationship.
You’re looking amazing btw! I’m slowly losing the weight I gained during Covid and I loved this video!
You look amazing, Helen! 💫 I was really looking forward to this video, yay!
Loved this video. Could you also do one on what you eat in a week. The food you post always looks so inspiring and delicious. X
Well done and congrats! We have a very similar routine workout wise, which is kinda cool! I have heavy lifting 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and cardio fillers Tuesday and Thursday. I also do boxing and do that on Fridays, and it's *such* a fun and nice add on that gets lots of energy and stress out!
I figured out that running bpm hack years ago on accident. Like 95% of my running playlist probably hit a specific high bpm. Although another running hack I learned the other week was how much running angry increases your pace! It also makes the time fly if you’re doing like timed intervals!😂
This is very inspiring to see your progress! Do you find your adhd diagnosis helped or hindered you? I was also diagnosed with this in 2020 and have been doing more reading/ research and i now reject the label and do not take any medication. I recognise and relate to a lot of your experiences and that there are similarities between people diagnosed with adhd but im not sure i agree with the idea that there is something 'wrong' with my brain or anyone elses that needs medication. I worry about the long term effects and the alterior motives of medicating the masses to be more 'productive'. Idk thats just my opinion and i think exercise is really beneficial for people who struggle with routine etc but i guess where im coming from is that regardless of having adhd or medication you have found what works for you, done the work and made positive changes happen for yourself and i think thats something to be proud of
great tip about the bpm for music!
not to bring a downer, but it scares me to hear you freely disclose your whereabouts and the days + times that you're there 😭😭😭
Have you noticed a change in people's perception of you since you lost weight? I'm really interested in hearing if people started... respecting you more or started liking you online more? I hear this from a lot of people, so I wonder if its true?
Oh my gosh you actually made the video 😭😭😭😭🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for this video ❤
Am I having de-ja-vu or did you already upload this video once?! 😂 Watching it now but I swear I've already seen it 😅
Yes 😊
Yes by mistake 😂
@@helenanderz knew I wasn't going crazy! Watched it again anyway 🤣
YAY 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO 😄😄

Looking so fresh and healthy 💪🤟💌
Lamb of god 🤘🏻hell yeah, you are on fire Helen.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Didn't you lose weight with medical assistance and ozempic? I'm sure you said that in a previous vid?!
Don’t recall that … because no
I think you’re thinking about when she mentioned her ADHD medication effected her appetite…?
@@leannebroadhurst3408 oh maybe yeah!
