Would love to have your mind set ... been on very very strong prescription drugs for over 10 years now and same with cabanis just to help me sleep .. would love to go drug free or at least reduced ...
I have damaged L3 and L4 vertebrae , I can still walk , all be it very painfully so have to use a wheelchair where ever I can .. I'm going to have to buying your book and read your story...
And hopefully find some of my own answers ..
