ET caught up with actors Stephen Amell and Alexander Ludwig to get the inside scoop on their grueling transformation into professional wrestlers for their new drama 'Heels,' premiering Sunday, Aug. 15, on Starz.

Stephen Amell has been a lifelong professional wrestling fan. As a child, he attended WrestleMania VI (1990), and later worked a match for WWE in 2015.
I love stephen amell, great actor the best in the arrowverse he is a legend.
Alexander/Ace really does have that Edge-circa 2002 look to him now that he’s mentioned it 🤔 really enjoyed the premier, looking forward to the rest of the season!!
It good to see both stephen ,and Alexander post arrow ,and viking and boy are they thriving.

@@peytonlong5573 I also think that Alexander Ludwig is also very special and for him to be in this series is really going to make this show work excellently! Remember Alex as Ragnors son? A marvelous role for Ludwig as Biorn in Vikings indeed! I'm very glad he has diversified into different roles, and this suits him greatly!

I never been the biggest wrestling fan or anything but it does bring back memories of growing up, and honestly I gave this show a shot because Stephen Amell is in it and I'm a big Arrowverse fan.. But I'm really surprised on why I'm not seeing so much hype about this show its actually badass!! I'm already hooked! Lol.. Already psyched for the next episode!

Stephen diz que, quando usou a roupa pela primeira vez, pensou que devia ter escolhido uma calça comprida, ao invés da sunga. Se em Arrow ele tinha a roupa de super herói, que ele adorou usar, em Heels ele tem uma música pra ele quando entra no ringue. É divertido ele rir por dentro enquanto finge ser malvado.
Alexander disse que pintar os olhos foi idéia dele. Ele amou conhecer esse mundo colorido. Ele tem um imenso respeito por esses profissionais, que ralam mesmo. Ele nunca lutou antes.
Stephen diz que em Arrow não tinha quase nenhum tempo extra pra se exercitar. Heels exige muito fisicamente e o treino é parte da agenda diária.
Leanna comenta que viu Ace cantando no 1x2 e pergunta se vai ter mais e ele responde que Ace não é de cantar. Ela então pede pra Stephen cantar a música do 1x3 e ele canta pra ela.
Na época deste vídeo, Mavi tinha visto 3 episódios e Stephen cobria os olhos dela nas cenas que ela não devia ver.
Leana pergunta sobre Cass na série e Stephen diz que seria legal e comenta que se lembra da esposa do Alexander (a garçonete do 1x2) ficar zangada com o marido porque estava cansada e ficou muito tempo no estúdio.
