What's up with the nuts near the heel plate? Does this maybe fix the issue with that rod making noise inside? Mine had space in between and made a clicking noice. If that makes sense

u have to keep them sinched up or he stupid heal plates get ruined. im hoping the redesigned them.
was heal plate redesigned? replaced the stupid little bb's w solid bolts? are there smooth surface fiber boards? i hate the engravings.
