Iqbal Foods is probably the worst place to shop, with the exception of meat. It’s better to buy your non-meat items from Superstore, Walmart, Food Basics, No Frills. Even the chicken meat is better priced from Sargent Farms or Maple Lodge Farms if you have a big freezer.
