The main issue is void of warranty of 5 years, with CNG its only 1 years. Also the suspensions are made stiff to bear the additional 100 Kg Load in Factory Fitted cars. In case of Honda most of them will be soft suspensions so will undergo wear and tear in longer run until and unless silicon buffers are installed sepaarately.
In My Honda city i have done 3lakh kilometres till date with no issues I m using CNG fitment of TOMASETTO ACHILLE in my Honda city car for more than a lakh of kilometres I have had no problem ever... So HONDA KNOWS THEY ARE COMPATIBLE TO CNG FITMENTS HENCE THEY ARE DOING SO... THEY DEFINITELY HAVE DONE THEIR RESEARCH

Initially Maruti and Hyundai also offered this type of CNG retrofitment at Showroom and Honda also provided same facility earlier also 4-5 years back for Amaze and Honda City. If you have got bad taste doesn't mean every one is same. BS6 kits are approved by govt not honda company. It's approved for green energy. Company is giving a warranty as well after installing CNG so no harm. Agar Maruti ki esi expertise he installation me to Automatic me abbhi take CNG kiyu nahi diya ?

You are right about suspensions
I've used carbon cng which costs 55000 and is light in weight ....no issues at all with my honda amaze and average is 25-26
As per my limited knowledge, 1yr warranty is only for cng , 3 yrs unlimited km's warranty will still be valid for engine and gear box.
Go with company fitted cng car it is better.

Initially Maruti and Hyundai also offered this type of CNG retrofitment at Showroom and Honda also provided same facility earlier also 4-5 years back for Amaze and Honda City.
Even you yourself made a video once that even Hyundai just install cng kits at their plant by normal cng vendors not like maruti who actually did R&D on cng
I paid 20k for booking now I’ve cancelled the plan, Honda city with CNG

Aaj mere pass honda jazz hai vobhi after market cng lagayi or 52000 km ઘૂમી no problem any other cng લાગવાના hai market से all responsibility unki rhegi after aap gadi bechh nahi dete tabtak aeise log hamare India me hai or pappu logo ko ulta samja hai.
Kya log hai koi kam karta hai to khilaf chad jatehe vobhi RND karegi jab ham log Honda lenge with cng

Getting CNG installed from verified vendor is good. If you have got bad taste doesn't mean every one is same.
BS6 kits are approved by govt not honda company. It's approved for green energy.
Company is giving a warranty as well after installing CNG so no harm.
Agar Maruti ki esi expertise he installation me to Automatic me abbhi take CNG kiyu nahi diya ?
