Thats because the software trakes the eyebrow area and thats what triggers the ears. Fubuki, Korone, Okayu, and Mio's ears have the same trigger and I think Aki's hair clip antenna things do as well.

Yeah I was kind of surprised too since she seems to be more into games than some of the actual members of Gamers. I think they just made her 5th gen because the Gamers distinction seems pretty meaningless at this point, since all the girls play games and the members of Gamers do other stuff too like chat/sing streams.

nope everyone gets an iphone when they join hololive for their avatar, my guess on why Botan's avatar is so smooth is because she has a monster of a pc, the tracking software runs on the pc while the iphone act as the camera

multiple monitors make sense for if you want to do multiple things and you don't want to keep going through your taskbar to open the windows of several apps. Sub PC is probably a back-up in case of any hardware failures. Or if the main PC is doing a lot of intense work (ie rendering a vid) and you want to play a game to pass the time or something

I bought a phone cases that have the front cover so I can hang my phone on the screen. I still think it was such a big brain idea.
Multiple monitors are actually really useful.
If you want to check your messages while playing a game, or follow along with a youtube tutorial in fullscreen, or want to have some stats constantly open, it'll help you a lot. And it doesn't even need to be expensive, you can probably pick up some cheap used monitor from an office that's getting rid of their old stuff.
