Mam, sorry to say, i have stayed in this property after watching your video, and my experience is pathetic about this property. Aprt from location, there is nothing good in this property. The staff is so unprofessional, rooms are dirty and unmaintained though i have booked super delux category. Room service is disgusting, staff is giving excuse for everything. No cleanliness, no hygine. For future, please visit and share only good properties. I can share pictures of the room if required.

Mam I have also stayed there after watching your video but it is not up to mark as shown in your video. You only tell good things about property not tell that it located near samshan ghat and rooms and food is pathetic comparied to charges which are very high.

The walls are dirty..The paintings are terrible and she is saying wow beautiful paintings... ignoring the disgusting walls. Have lost all respect for this person
..not going to trust any of her reviews again.
I don't think those pictures were terrible, everyone's choice can be different.
We stayed in this property after watching this video and everything is so pathetic here. Y don't you show the true picture of the property so that people doesn't get befooled. Please don't ever book this place. We are regretting a lot. A total waste of your money. Please stop making such videos.
After watching our video many people went there and stayed and gave us a good feedback. I can understand everyone has a different expectations but in Rishikesh people come for maa ganga what you get from here easily and get a different experience. Being a govt organization they don't provide services as good as you get into a hotel.
Then tell us the truth na. Why show the things that doesn't exists.
Super dirty washroom. Spider web in bed. Broken toilet seats. Room full of dust and damped walls. Even when asked to clean the room they are not doing it properly. Staff not ready to listen. Waste of money.

I have stayed at this resort. Only Location is good. Food served was not good and if you dont have your own car then it would be difficult to commute as it is a little distant from main road.
I stayed in this resort recently. Rudra room nahin mila kyonki ek ya 2 hi hain. Aur baki rooms bekar hain. Location of the resort is a plus though. Food is below average.
The reception area n hotel lobby is beautiful but rooms are not good enough for the tariff they ask - my review !!
