Here's my return video when I lower the camera down the well! th-cam.com/video/nyjndstNGmM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=i4NWYUvmKGLuvvqX
Salvage the wide boards that are still in good nick, Michael! ( even the old dresser ). You could fix the dresser with the wood you salvage and it would be a cool display cabinet for your finds. ☺️🤓😎
Greetings from Nova Scotia. Another interesting video. I love to see what you find each time and especially like the dog tag you found here. It speaks of family life long gone. It saddens me though to see someone’s hard work and money abandoned to the elements. Nice to know that your finds help give a glimpse into the past life of that home. I must say you are braver than me to be out there in the dark alone. Thank you for sharing your adventures. Have a great weekend and please keep safe. ❤️🇨🇦
Hi Diann in NS from Pat in the Yukon👋
Appreciate that, thanks for watching!
There is plenty of magnet fishing going on again.
Another enthusiastic episode.
Good hunt Nugget! Glad you found a few coins, especially the Wheatie. Have a great weekend, and God bless!
If they're gonna tear that place down they should take it apart and use the reclaimed lumber that stuff is gold to some people.
It would be cool if they did that, but that's not how these construction people operate, it will get put in a dumpster i'm sure or covered up in a deep hole
What a lovely video. Visiting old sites to see what they lefted before the developers get a hold of the land. All in one video metal detecting AND magnet fishing love it ‼️😊😊
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you!
Drop the camera down the well!😮😅❤
I'll have a video up of that soon!@@gordonstroup882
Hi Brother Watchin from The Peoples Republic Of Illinois1 LOL
Thanks for the support! more videos coming next week! i'm exhausted from 30 hours of editing this week lol. Appreciate you watching!
Square Nails: They were made individually by blacksmiths. Square-head nails were made from the late 1700s until about 1830. Most were machine-cut and finished off by a blacksmith who squared the heads. From 1830 to 1890, cabinetmakers used headless, machine-cut nails that are a tapered, rectangular shape.Sep 9, 2010
WOW MICHAEL!!! GREAT VIDEO!!! PLEASE BE SAFE AROUND THE WELL AND HAVE A SAFE TRIP HOME. LOVE HUGS & PRAYERS
This video was awesome just like all the others. Defiantly send the camera down the well so we can see if anything is down there that won't stick to magnet.
Wow, Michael, cool explore!!! That newspaper with the underwear said "Fredericks" I wonder if that's "Fredericks of Hollywood?" So cool!!! I'm still watching... 💖
"FAFO" applies (tying the loose end of the magnets rope)... BTW, glad your light wasn't behind ya when ya said "here's the Moon"!☺️. Be safe and take care, "God Bless", sincerely, Randy. 😇🙏👊
Awesome detecting work. That house is old enough it should have an old outhouse site which in itself can provide lots of old bottles and other things from an era gone by. Digging out old outhouse locations has become quite the TH-cam rage too.
The one place I always thought there would be some interesting finds!! 😂
But that place was literally where they dumped their trash as there was no trash pickup then. I remember my dad, who grew up during the Depression, telling us their family pet, a dog, fell into their out house and they had to fish it out!
Lancaster, PA here. Magnet fishing is so intriguing! Cheers from Pennsylvania
You never know what you might find!
Yes please, I'd enjoy seeing what your camera sees down the well.
Love the old weathered wood/square nails lying around too.
Great recording & editing on another fun adventure of discovery.👍
Thanks for watching!
The wood around the well was probably the framework for the pulley for the bucket. He should check for the pulley maybe on the ground. We had a similar well in the 60's. Ours was smaller and the tube was glazed, red clay, pipe. It had a tin bucket/cylinder about 5-6 inches across and bout 3 ft long, with a trap door in the bottom that opened when it hit the water and drew in the water til the bucket sank. Then you knew it was full and pulled it up. The trap door closed when you pulled it . There was a hand pump at the kitchen sink and an outhouse out back.
Hello from south Georgia, Michael! You gave the well a good try. The old dog tag and valve are cool finds, and the wheaties are awesome. Awesome explore of that old property!❤
Awesome! Thank you! I'll have a new video out next week! 💯
Hi nuggetnoggin watching from Belfast Northern Ireland Love your Videos and watching to see what you find and I think Daisy and yourself Re both Awesome Stay Safe
I would say, judging by that metal ring, that was probably a wooden water pail. What is that building in the background, it looks awesome! Telling people not to try to hide things in a well or over a bridge because you'll find it it's funny lol. 😂👍🏼 Arizona here 🏜️
That was awesome!!!!!!! Michael, I love your bando explores!!! I'm gonna watch the return now, Thank You, Michael 💖
Awesome! Thank you!
Great video ❤ From Scotland

A hand held spotlight would totally help see down in the well. Enjoy your enthusiasm. I'd metal detect under old cabin.
Watching from Texas. Curious to see what a camera would pick up! I'm in for that! Enjoy all your journeys! ❤❤❤
Awesome to know! I'm excited to see what's down there too. Thank you 💯
You should bob that magnet around the grass next to the abandoned house. There might be keys or other iron objects hiding in the grass/bushes. Great video.
Nugget, a heads up on the best way a former well digger neighbor taught me instead of using a flashlight take along a Mirror 5" X 7" not too big though, it produces a straight beam of light that goes all the way to the bottom like a laser beam would but it's the brightest white beam all the way down, try it next time.
I havent seen one of these well magnet videos, and thanks for the cool videos😊
Glad you like them! I have about 5 other well magnet fishing video from years back.
@@nuggetnoggin yeah that's what I'm referencing too

I really wish I could get this excited over a rusted out bucket
Southwest AZ. We magnet fish by tying the magnet to the bumper of the jeep and drag it through the sand washes fishing for meteorites. Locked on to one a few years ago that weighed in at 4398 grams. It's the pride of my collection.
That's cool! Thanks for watching!

Yes, come back with your camera to look to see how many coins and plastics are in there. I'm curious to find out too. Pretty cool place to treasure hunt, so thanks for the video. See you next time.
"Fat legs" 😆 that was a funny add.
Yeah and their legs weren't even fat in the picture
Pretty cool. Lower a camera and light down there and check it out.

Watching from Clovis, NM
I appreciate the support!
That's crazy. I see apts going everywhere around here. Neighbors took out part of and old square nail structure. Other than the few boards I saved and reused, they burned the wood.
Thanks for watching! And it's crazy how fast people are developing around here too
I can't tell ya how happy I am to contribute. Been watching you forever.
I really appreciate it! Thank you for all the support for over a decade! I plan to post a new video this week, stay tuned 💯

Indiana here. Love your videos
Thank you, I will keep them coming!

If you want to look down a well or pipe use a mirror to reflect light down it. Mirror will project a laser like beam of light that is much brighter.
What A Great Idea!!😂
Well somebody’s got a lot of spare time! Ha!
Haha, This wasn't "spare time". I went to make the video to entertain y'all!
Watching from Latta SC
Small town, old area. Thanks for watching!
Nugget, my gran's house was up on rocks like that, and had newsprint under regular wallpaper.

Watching from Desoto, Missouri
Thank you!
Cool!,
Yes to the camera!!!
You could've just lowered Daisy down there. 😂
I'm Comanche Texas in Comanche county. Home of the never ending, rainless, hot as hades, never ending summer. Nugget u should have just got Daisy in a harness, a helmet, gave her a flashlight and lowered her down. 😂😂😂
Abandoned makes my day! Thanks man!
Thank you!
Clifton, NJ. I'd love to see the video of what's in the well.
Sweet! I may have to go back soon and lower the camera down there. If not it will get covered up
Watching from Athens, Georgia.
Thank you!
Been watching for years from New York
Appreciate the continued support!
I would like to see what's down the well with the camera and flashlights!!
You should get a sludge pump & generator to get the good stuff out
Gaffney South Carolina.
Sweet! I went by that way the other day. Thanks for watching
@@nuggetnoggin cool.
Hey Nugget, have you thought about rigging up an alternating current electromagnet? the AC sets up eddy currents in nonferrous metals, making them somewhat magnetic. Might be worth the experiment. I haven't tried it, just read about it... Might not create a strong enough magnetic field, but could be good for coins and other small stuff.
I'll look into it more. Thanks!
Wishing you luck and skill. You might be able to make a self contained unit for the end of the rope, given the amazing batteries we have these days. @@nuggetnoggin
Hi from Australia
Where is daisy 😢😮 ?? Say hi to daisy for me!😊
Those bucket things would look super cute in a (/my 😁) garden. Your videos are so much fun! Thanks for making them. It's been a lot of years by now, hasn't it?? BTW, you HAVE to lower your camera down there....
Watching while I'm working....girl's gotta take a break sometimes! 🙋🏽♀️ love from Seattle, WA, USA
PS. I''d lose my mind (in a good way 😂) if you collabed with Bondi Treasure Hunters (Leigh & Nikki). Can't think of any better watching than seeing genuinely nice, crazy enthusiastic people doing stuff they love! 🙏🏽
EDIT: Please say you took the paper frags! Someone 😁 could make great use of those in their/her graphics work.....
I'm always so sad when your videos end. It's like eating your last Girl Scout cookie. 😟
I thought I replied to your comment already, but it must of got deleted. Anyways, I left the paper fragments on the dresser in house, I didn't think anyone would want it. I took all the finds from the well though. It's been since 2009/10 for producing videos! Thank you for watching! and it would be fun to magnet fish over there with him one day
Fountain Valley, California
Of course be amazing to see first hand
Texas and hopefully that's a well and not the old outhouse.
Lowell, N.C. love your videos. Would. Love to metal detect with you some day.
Thanks for watching! Maybe one day!
Nice one 🇬🇧😎
Thank you!
Watching from Detroit. Wasn't that a jet engine on the airplane in the newspaper ad?
Concord, NC. Enjoy the content.
Thanks for the support! I'll keep it coming
Maybe one of these days we can go detecting together. Have the pro and max. Just looking to learn more. All the best!
Yes
Just posted the video of my camera down the well!
Porcupines love places like that!
I don't think we have porcupines in this area. I have seen them up north around Vermont though
I found a 1951 D wheat penny and wheat pennies are dated to 1909-1958.
That's cool!
Indiana here. Love your content! Where can a guy get the gloves you use? I’ll check the links but if you happen to see this let me know.
