I've always liked how Death had a somewhat grim and sarcastic sense of humor.

This game is amaziiiiiiing! The worlds to explore are huge and the bosses epic!! There are so many!!! The puzzles and the weapons are really cool as well! I beat this game and the first one on the Xbox and on the PS3. The second one is one of the best games I have ever played in my life! I want Darksiders 3 soooo baaad!!!

TheLolGuy GAMES! no, sadly THQ went out of bussiness and Darksiders 3 was never developed. They sold the rights of Darksiders to another company. I am really hoping for a sequel sometime in the future!!! let's cross our fingers!

he use everytime the same attack , over and over , teleport , attack , teleport , attack , teleport and BOOM ! special attack , stop and it's your turn to attack , he always repeat the same process
Right?! He was by far the toughest, plus you don't actually win against him. He LETS you get the key after Death scratches his face. Wish he was in the game more.
Death is the toughest guy in videogames! Death really owns all of those monsters! This video is excellent!
When I first got to the tree of life I thought that was it the whole game and end but no there were 3 more realms to be done

All the other bosses have a health bar, but not The Guardian.

The guardian fight was fun to watch because he didn't know what to do. People complaining about why it's taking him so long to kill some of these. Well he's doing them for the first time, I remember doing this fight and took me longer then him to figure out what to do with the Circle thing on phase 2 lol. I didn't watch the rest of it since I'm not that far in the game. Got this game for huge discount during the E3 sale on PSN. Way better then the first one, this one actually has puzzles and fun mechanics the first one felt repetitive and I got bored easily.

The cut scene when he fights Archon is especially different because i dont remember archon dieing. And his fighting moves are much diffrent

Charged secondary weapon attacks are the most efficient, they make enemies either die, stumble, or fly back, or fall..... trust me... I've gotten through the first 7 bosses with the greatest of ease with my strongest secondary weapons...

Daniel Ledrowski Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. For what reason again? The "person" that death had to meet was the Crowfather. You know, that "person" you kinda killed in first mission! So all of that hassle at the Forge Lands and the Kingdom of the Dead was pointless. Why couldn't he (Death) have just taken the damned amulet back in exchange for the crowfather's help? Then you could skip to Lostlight and Shadows Edge.

***** Yeah, Samael WAS hard but, he was so cool and badass I didn't care. Also, the level of the kingdom of the dead was just SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!. The level with Samael was mercifully short.
btw on the construct hulk it is easier to just lock on him instead of aiming every time
have you tried playing the game on nightmare mode its very hard & frustrating i lost like 3 times so far but i learnt from my mistakes. So far i reached the ivory citadel :D & another thing in case you finished the game on nightmare mode do u open some achievement or trohpy?
I'm just wondering why it took you so long to beat these bosses...I'm not hating or anything but you kinda do just stand there and/or run backwards rather then attack and watch for a counterattack and dodge. They could've been killed in less then 5 minutes with the right weapons too...just my advice and just helping out, however you take it is on you.
also the fear of spiders and death are two different things...
The reason why some of the characters dont fear death is because he didnt beat them or they had something death needed to save war.
There's a difference between owning and having something as in own actually means they bought it.
those u mentioned are not DLC , u get the quest to kill them from Thaine when u defeat him in a duel.
they are sidequest apart from the main story

You know what would have been awesome? If you put in a code and unlock War's Chaoseater as a heavy hitting weapon much like you could unlock Death's Scythe in the first game.
It's part of a side questline you get from one of the makers.

People bosses in darksiders 2 not 23, I do not know how many them but I do know that their 24 to 100%. I know that there is a secret boss "Unholy K." along the path to the ice boss somewhere up above. I'm sorry if I incorrectly written (I almost do not know English)
I played Darksiders 2 before I got Darksiders and I must say, I find the gameplay in the original Darksiders to be a lot more enjoyable.
The achidna is the same design as the one from darksiders 1

Is there a way to get 100% execution chance on regular scythes? Hacks, cheats, anything? I'm playing on pc.
I done this game on apocalyptic and honestly, the only boss that really caused trouble was the deposed king. That ice damage man, instant killer pretty much.

one of the best games ever, the equivalent to legend of zelda for mature gamers, darksiders 2 is way cool and a much needed break from cod and halo, even though those games are awesome, I do need my single player quests from time to time. Final verdict i give darksiders 2 9.5-10 i mean come on cool and unique puzzles, leveling up and new weapons, new combos, turning into a giant reaper, fighting tons of boss fights, summoning ghouls, soul splitting, turning into a whirlwind of death, Sweet game.
the Guardian Boss Battle was the best... especially with soundtrack.... totally epic....

The publisher of the Darksiders franchise, THQ, went bankrupt and the Darksiders license was sold to another developer, no more news other than that.
TheFeralBishop I was actually just reading an interview with someone saying that the interest was still definitely there for a Darksiders 3. It was in one of the most recent Game Informer issues.

+Brandon Clawges Its much easier than dark souls, but sometimes the game will be extra hard. So if you like games with nice story and competitive gameplay, it would be a nice choice.
+Brandon Clawges It's totally different. In Darksiders there s an easy mode and not in Dark Souls. Both games are different but fun to play.

I believe that there is a little part of gamers that want to complete it 100% totally and play many hours! the most people just want to 'consume' a game as fast as they can, and not completely understand it! but this is also a choice! But I think every choice has some pros and cons..

which level are you now?
My build is currently pure harbinger, level 27 and my scythes are at 257-291 damage, 28% health steal, 29% crit chance, 31% crit damage, 67 strength. My secondary is at 730-804 damage, 25% wrath steal, 29% crit chance, 31% crit damage, 65 strength and the rest of my armour branches out to crit damage, strength and defence, I completed the crucible with this build at level 27 without popping a health/wrath potion. If anyone needs help with building up their character just reply to me:)

The problem with vannila darksiders 2 it only has less boss to match death's persona and his journey beside the final boss or Archon. I wish we could fight more powerfull and challenging prominent angels, demons in judeo-christian myth or avatar of abrahamic god itself here.

Just bought the Darksiders franchise for 13 bucks on Steam. This game is EPIC. I don't understand how THQ can go bankrupt making games this epic. The only thing I can think of is piracy and that would be a shame if that's the reason.
