Here's an idea: After getting 3 or 5 kills with the normal train, you get an item upgrade called "heart medication", and using that gives you the upgraded "freight train" Once using freight train, the player stops in place before rocketing forward about 20% faster than the normal train, and audibly playing this song from the player. Once the player starts sprinting, they gain 50% damage resistance and ragdoll immunity, but lose 4 health a second. The user can sprint indefinitely as long as they don't reach 0 health, or hit a wall which instantly kills the user. When the user collides with a person, they continue running. Being hit by freight train deals 80 damage as well as a good chunk of knockback, and a player can only be hit by it once every 3 seconds. When a player is killed by freight train, a loud sound effect of a train horn plays and they're splattered into gore similar to the normal train.

I'd love for there to be a more "advanced" item being "Can't stop the A-Train" where this effect lasts infinitely and you phase through walls, along with enemies you crash into, but you can't stop.
It will be great to add that to the game, but there are some problems tho, if they add it it would SO HARD to obtain, you need like a 20 killstreak with it, and to get that you need a longer timer so longer timer = more chaos or boredom of playing in the same map for a long time And it would be neat if they add a special gamemode where anyone will have the A-train weapon and crash into a rondom person once they take their first breath after spawning so yea it would be kinda rigged Good idea tho :)

Wait, train is an item that kills you when you’ve been running for 10 seconds…this soundtrack lasts for about 2 minutes, but it is looped at least 1 time, and each segment is about 58 seconds long. This means that at least 48 seconds of the soundtrack is unused unless the song picks up from where it left off after a player ran into another player with the train item
The fact you get a heart attack if you don't crash into a wall or someone in less then 10 secs, and the truth this song is pretty banger and you just wanna listen it is pretty reliavable.
there should be an upgrade to this item called “bullet train.” get 5 kills with train, then you get an item called “heart transplant.” this item upgrades train into bullet train. double the movement speed, no time limit, and 100 damage whenever you run into someone. however you take 100 damage if you run into a wall, so don’t. also a banger remix of this already hyped up remix. or just use the same audio, just faster, i guess.

I really wish there’s this a-train item where it boosts your speed by a TON and the dmg your melee deals is multiplied by 11000, and players would explode into organs and flesh pieces upon getting killed. But it’s less likely for you to rack up a kill-streak though
That'd be the worst item to have in open maps, you can't control your speed with it Unless you make it fast but not enough to make you go through the other side in 1 second

Tip while using train If you see a player with red health and someone chasing em, Don't go after em, You will die, If they have a good melee, If not, Do it If you have this in asylum, Just don't use it, That map has the highest chance of you bumping into a wall Best map for this is hole plate, Not base plate, You have to aim for people close enough to the edge to kill while hole plate has two places to kill, and not small plate for obvious reasons Before you ask why I made this, These are all things I've seen while playing

If you see a player with red health and someone chasing em, Don't go after em, You will die, If they have a good melee, If not, Do it
If you have this in asylum, Just don't use it, That map has the highest chance of you bumping into a wall
Best map for this is hole plate, Not base plate, You have to aim for people close enough to the edge to kill while hole plate has two places to kill, and not small plate for obvious reasons
