They should make pve zone where when u get knocked down by mobs ur items are trashed or taken by the system to be used as loot in the dungeon chest. And as a risk vs reward the loot should be increased

naah theyre making pve even more difficult for solo players. SBI is incapable of comprehending that we cant always go out with a group abd dont want to fight countless 4.1 cursed staff and blood letter rats in the mists

Imagine adding something like "The Tower", a rogue like Dungeon type with multiple floors, going in there naked or with some T2 items and every floor you clear mobs get harder and you use the drops from them to keep going while your item power scales up with your specs, this would be nice to make pple try new weapons and fame them up for new records on the tower. Imagine adding "solo", "group" and "Raid" difficulties to it and being daily or weekly

We pve players do hce and thats all. More pve contents are needed
19:56 If the player dies from a mob, they will be teleported outside the camp knocked down with a shield and the contents of their inventory will go to the Mob Camp Chest as a reward for clearing the camp (also there should be an indicator if the camp chest is full or half full)

These QoL things have got me soooo excited. Really happy that SBI is reading reddit.
What needs a buff most desperately are the Solo Dungeons…right now solo dungeons are garbage, they give little fame, little loot and they take time to clear.
Even with a purple Yellow zone dungeon you’ll get barely anything worth more than a 100K.
Compared to that I can go and farm Open World mobs and get tons of Fame, decent loots along the way, and more silver drops too.
Even Got a 5.4 Berserk Cape once.
Even corrupted dungeons. Fame chests give like 2k fame, Enchant resources are low and items are low. Corrupteds at least have some risk, especially stalker/slayer but yield very little fame, silver and such. I enjoy the pve aspect if corrupteds.
Do lethal solo dungeons, they actually can give decent loot, especially in roads or black zones
Having a roads hideout zone is best for this,
Ive gotten a 6.3 excellent fire staff out of it.
got 6.4 royal boots from a 5.1 yz rare chest not that long ago xD but yeah they're still ass, I can't comprehend why sbi chooses to not make fame rewards from mobs more in line across different mechanics, in a t7 bz dungeon 1600-ish hp mob gives what like 2100 fame yet the keeper dude in fucking yew wood right outside lymhurst gives 3k while having something like 1k hp, makes zero sense
Go to portal zone, pop a T8 dungeon map, take the invis shrine, go into the dungeon (pay attention nobody sees you entering), wait 90 seconds, start doing the dungeon. T8 mapped dungeons are actually not terrible (fame or silver wise) and this method is very safe when it comes to bz content.
Blue zone = pve only
Yellow zone = pvp knockout (no death/no drop)
Red zone = pvp knockout (no death/drop loot only)
Black zone = full PvP (drop gear and loot)
ahh so in the red zone you drop what's in your inv but keep all your gear ?

@@justinmorales726 As far as i know, in redzone you have to pvp flag yourself in order to be able to start pvp'ing. Under the minimap you can tell how many players are flagged. In the state where you arent flagged. You will not be able to attack unflagged players but you will be able to fight flagged ones. These rules do not apply to black zones and is completely open pvp.
@@justinmorales726 There is no difference between red or black zone in terms of pvp. You get hunted, killed and your items looted.
The only difference would be maybe in terms of resources that can be gathered and such, which in the black zone is better, but the risk is HUGE, even with a strong guild you get hunted.

Crazy I watch this today I thought of the item locking in place today when I was doing just that adjusting my potions in the mist. Amazing idea
as an mmorpg players from ffxiv/wow and other big mmos, the hud/ui QoL is the best from this dev update.
They will never do anything great for the pve side of the game because of all the people who swipe for gear to play in zvz and lethal zones

This could also be a disappointment after the updates reveal maybe they will make them way harder so people will need way better gear to do pve that's how the guy from sbi sounds like when mentioning the updated weapon's so that's my expectation from sbi sad to say 😢 can't get hyped by this until i see something actually good made instead of pushing everyone to swipe and get the best 8.4 and bla bla bla and PvP and grrrr high risk high reward that's bs

no, the 100% elite skins, also have additional changes(additional emotes, no limit on money tossing etc) and overall more detailed designs.
It would also be a save zone. Because if u get hunted by Gankers u js can run into that pvp locked area
On 7:00 - Thats exactly that I think about DG's, kill mobs is fine but gets boring really quick, DG's should look like a new place to explore, with puzzles and a more interesting mechanic.

16:51 A sandbox game should mean that a lot of the world is shaped by the players, and not that someone should be able to do whatever they want. There are degrees of freedom too, and Albion is mostly skill building and economy, and a great clean neat interface and graphics for good fun, whereas some games like Wurm allow you almost unlimited freedom at the cost of a headache (no, i would love both games).
BUT, what i wanted to say about your points at 16.51 about lethality is that arbitrarily allowances would kill the seamlessness of the game. I already feel jarred at the thought that a hostile player cannot attack a faction player in the YZ, although i fully understand that it was made to prevent an exploit---so it's not ideal for me, but it's fine.
Wonder if they will stop those damn gankers from ruin it for people as well with their map hacks and so on..
Except for the shoes of tenacity sbi have been doing a really good job with the update
i just cameback to the game few days ago... playing for a bit and thinking that... holy the pve aspect of the game is really rough.. they need to make some changes, and now they make this change like... how can it become coincidence....
I cant understando why ppl say they like new roads, its so Bad I cant even play anymore , basically only lv 4 or 6 maps , the exp for mobs are highlly nerfed , and theres lots of group gankin, so to solo players is a nightmare now, but its more fun to groups.

YZ mist from brecillien is pvp free if you just stay out of pvp areas, of course that would require you to unlock brecillien first which means you have to go to mists from yellow zone, and you can get ganked while looking for mists so its not 100% pvp free but if you get to brecillien you can do YZ mists and be fine if you just stay out of the pvp areas

I'm honestly not a fan of the smug look the dev has on his face for the thumbnail. The look on his face just screams, "We're going to make it harder to make silver, harder to buy gold, and harder to get premium without giving us money, and there's nothing you can do about it."
SBI needs to just make separate dungeons/zones where the healing is nerfed to the ground or outright disabled, so ppl can't cheese bosses with perma heals and so ip matters. Adjust the difficulty of mobs with that in mind and make it so you need ~t9+ to consistently clear it. I would actually love if it had a completely different pve meta as all healing weapons there would be useless. Imagine all these new weird builds coming out who are just all dmg or cc/dmg reduction focused. Maybe some hce dps builds would come out if the pvp is absent in these places.

What if on the yellow zone if you down by a player you will lose small amount of silver but if you down a lot the chance getting silver on the same player will be very low

WOW made the ascension version. stealing the classes, play the gear u want to be, from Albion. Albion answer was just take everything else from WOW. Well I started WOW a few weeks ago. Going back to Albion today.

If they were to make those camps PVE zones, at the very least you should be required to channel for 10-15 seconds upon entering to enter that non-pvp state. Otherwise it would become a free safe-haven for people fleeing from pvpers.

Some thoughts, i dont think we need more outworld pve camps to satisfy smaller groups. Your basic grp dg loots r just a little better than calling shit. Enhance them..small groups will happily do that..and a grp dg is way safer than outworld mob camps....

Mog if thwy add only pve...gucci yz players will spam them 24 7 no life type like they still do...beauty here is pve mixed with pvp...both goes parallel.
From tht pov..just make grp dg solo dg better...there a pvp team can choose to sneak and kill..or not.. as a pve group ur job is skip and kill mobs fast

If i know anything about Albion and their attepts to "fix" things in the game, I would not be surprised that pve will be severely nerfed. Just like when premium ingame was 17 million and they decided to "fix" raising premium cost. Final effect yielded premium is at 27 million and happily on it's way to 30 million. I say fire dev team, stop f@cking with albion and find new game to work on.

Mog, we are a minority in other games. Here in Albion the pvp players are a majority, and I don't think Albion has much to gain by making itself cater to pve carebears. I like that albion is PvEvP, and I like that to get good loot I need to put myself at risk. I would hate for that to change

Most of the players that picks up this game doesn't wanna keep playing because of how unrewarding anything that isnt pvp is. The entire economy is based off of pvp players making everyting catered to pvp players. achieving 17mil silver for premium doesnt sound impossible for pvp players but to pve players its probably way more challenging. Hell why not remove bluezones, because theres nothing interesting there anyways :/

TBH, it’s not enough to make pve good though…
To me it seems just another update to benafit groups. Game shits on solos as roads is for geouos yet they have things solos can gather but you'll be killed by a group or guilds who have hideouts in the roads. Progression is slow for solos only thing a solo can do is go blue and yellow zones or corrupted dungeons or solo dungeons in safe zones. I know my opinion counts for 0 but just feel like i wana quit playing a game i used to enjoy and wish i never wasted money buying a fukin crystal pack for eu
Make the mobs in certain zones drop your things, that's what the game is missing

Idea what if when u drop ur item because the mobs kill you 15 % of ur loot gets deleted and the rest gets stored inside the chest of the camp maybe even making the mobs of the camp stronger
In albion early versions, mobs executed you if you were downed by them

Camps wont be PVE locked ... you will be pvp'd in there. The game is about risk and reward... learn to PVP and stop being scared... I used to be absolutely terrible and by watching PVP content creators I learned PVP and the game is far more enjoyable.

I think when they implemented journal they wanted to watch how players interact with and how the game itself behave, like bugs and stuffs. Launch the journal with new content could be a shot right in their own foot... That's what I think
Dead game after banning random account without enough reason, imagine you trade your silver to your new account, and you get banned? How is that lol, and your account is almost all your staff 120 spc haha, goods for this game almost 50%of player stop playing, like my top guild before we are almost 300 and now 100+ left so sad
I think you could drop one or few of your item if you are defeated by mobs. It give some risk to game.
Yep, pve should be the priority in the first place cuz afterall it's mmorpg. Pvp system is just there for endgame players who want to flex their levels and gears etc. And the camps should limit players(unless you're in party) that once you enter the camp's circle, no one should enter it until you finished it or you die.

Maybe mobs should actually trash your equipment if they get too damaged... Maybe these mobs should exist in a special pve zone (maybe orange zone). I think it make sense and don't mess with the existing content of PVP that already exist.
Never should you have the ability to turn off pvp in yellow red or black zones... add the ability for the mobs to kill you I'm fine with.
