Fan fact: Otsuka and Ran Takahashi were used to be rival in the region tournament for Haruko in Kyoto has only one seat for. Otsuka from Rakunan was haruko champion in 2019 and Ran from Higashiyama was champion in 2020 which means this region is crazy, then now they are playing together in Olympic team. This is Haikyuu in Real Life.

I understand that they are so many super players in Ryujin Nippon. However, I have been keeping my eyes on Otsuka eversince he joined the team. This guys has a very clean and clever move. His moves and his focus both are very well executed when he is in court. I cant wait to see his improvemnet from time to time.

he's so impressive and was the number 1 spiker of his generation (2019 grad), but i would prefer to give the title "monster of vertical jump" to his former teammate in rakunan, Yuga Tarumi. Tarumi's height is around 187cm and his spike reach 346cm while Otsuka being 194cm with 338cm spike. Just my small opinion tho..

he has always been like that since he was in junior high. he's good at using the blockers as a tool for deflection and he's good at angles too like cutshots, it's just that he's still adjusting in his new position, i think. he's always been an open spiker since he was in high school. watched games of him in high school playing in opposite but not that great like he is now. what's good is that he's becoming versatile and still improving.

Probably yes! How tall you are, your skill, and where you are from usually matters.
Usually the way to be an athlete is to join a club (whether it's in your school/uni or a professional club), then compete in lots of competitions (national level will gain you lots of recognition and if you perform very well, you might attract the attention of your country's team!).
