I dont understand how. For me, it felt so peaceful and relaxing. Like it was a whole different world.

Not trying to be sexist, but this is why Columbus and other explorers were men -- women can't deal with being alone.
If you do depend on others to feel well, then you're not self sufficient.
Being alone typically leads to progress, it's not a step back. You can never evolve if you keep filling your days with singing/dancing kumbaya or other forms of socializing.

Impossible to see the girls face. Her back is always toward you no matter how you turn the camera. This adds to the sense of isolation.
