I agree- bad day, not a bad life! We’re human beings, it’s totally okay to put in effort and expect great results. It’s also okay to want what others have. We just have to realize that everyone’s journey is different and working towards your goals isn’t easy. It sure gets better day by day and being grateful for little wins helps me have a more positive outlook on life 🥹
