I’m sorry dude but he hasn’t made it that big. Mainstream music hasn’t become a thing for him and he hasn’t hit big views for his music. It’s so sad as he is talented and his songs are amazing, much better then most of this mainstream pop culture crap.

He sung this song, and several others at his concert two days ago! It was amazing, he sounds even better live.
Not that I didn't like "Slumville Sunrise" or "What doesn't kill you" but I think this song resonated with me better - I deffo gettin' his next Album.

I saw Jake Bugg last night at the House of Blues in Boston. He was unbelievable. He's such a talented guitarist, it's something really worth seeing. He's not much of a talker so its interesting to hear what he has to say when he does. I bought his first album a few months ago and I was very impressed with his music so I bought this album the day it came out. This is my favorite song from Shangri La, a hard choice considering how good every other song is.

When I heard the song 'what doesn't kill you' I liked it but I thought that I might not like his new album as much as I loved his first album, but after hearing this I am starting to think I may like this album just as much! He's just too good.

This song is growing on me :) Not quite as epically great as "Two Fingers", but very good indeed.
BTW, if any of you guys are Beatles fans and one of the reasons you like Jake's stuff is because he was influenced by them (or, as we like to say - because he sounds a bit Beatlesque), then I would ardently recommend you check out the MonaLisa Twins too! And I don't mean their numerous Beatles covers (those, of course, are Beatlesque by default) - I'm talking about their original music, which holds a potential pleasant surprise (or eight) for you on their TH-cam channel right now. ;)
Quality song, don't think this album will live up to the first but hope i'm wrong. Doesn't matter if it doesn't, he's still experimenting and produced 2 albums at the age of 19!
I seen him last week at Manchester Apollo. He played a fair few of his new songs. trust me this album will match his first. Unbelievable talent.
He's 19, it is very likely that he has not found the sound he will stay with his entire career. As long as his music is good I will not complain though.

I think I have 3 of his tunes on my favs now. He is so amazingly surprising, in his ability to sing something that sounds simple ish and make it something you want to hear again and again. That is a real talent surely!

If folk cant get his music it is sad for me. His music is so addictive and not of a genre really but it is so him and his voice is so distinctive!! He has an amazing career ahead of him if he stays focused and doesn't go down that bad path whatever that may be for him!
