I love the way you show a close up of the finger before swatching because oftentimes that shows the texture and properties of the shadow the best. Please always keep doing that!
Maheen Shaiq thanks for the positive feedback!🥰 I totally agree, its easier to see if it’s a matte, satin, metallic or if it has any sparkles to it.. also it’s obviously more opaque on the finger because all the shadow is gathered in a smaller area before dragging it out on the skin, if that makes sense!

If you want that many shades its actually cheaper to buy the palette, its on sale for like 20$ on beautybay right now! For the shimmers i dont really have any dupes maybe other than for marina- try Colourpop Antimatter?
@@MartesMakeup oh I see! I know for sure I'll be getting Whale Song soon, and all I was missing was those bright shimmers & pops of mattes, plus I prefer singles anyways 😅...
@@u24_m7 I see! I would maybe suggest you to check out Give Me Glow for both mattes and shimmers - Limeade might be a close dupe to Algae! Also Glam Shop might be a good alternative if you want to buy from a European brand - they have some bright mattes and shimmers and you'll easily find the shades that are similar!
Mairead O'Sullivan Leong i am happy to have both! If you look at the selection of shimmers you have more in this palette, and you have a good variety of mattes in the certifeye one. They really pair well, I don’t feel like I should have bought only one, as they are different enough! It’s on my list to compare them :)
