What’s hilarious about this is that in one of the first few episodes of the show Arrow, Thea says the exact same words to Oliver (the time when Oliver complains to his mom about letting Thea just do what she wants after she broke into some store and was on drugs I think. Not 100% sure about the drugs part but I vaguely remember Diggle mentioning the word “breathalyzer.”
