tip: When getting ice wood leave your dynamite at the rock entrance. When you get to the ice wood bridge leave your car there & walk up then through the wood down where your car is & just jump down there & put it in. your less likely to flip your car that way.
I just use a small piece of wood (not too thick or thin) face the wall stand above the wood grab the wood and drag it up

im super happy that someone is doing a public playthrough ive been looking for some consistent new lt2 content for a while... also you could have done the sawmill glitch where you click to move the sawmill and move the wide logs if lava wood into where the center of the sawmill was and press b and the sawmill should process the wood as long as the log isnt too long.
How to move logs with you’re moving the sawmill
@@justkev1044 you need to press the move button on the details for the sawmill and after that just click and drag the mouse with the log to move it down and press b to make the sawmill visible again. im pretty sure this only works on everything but mobile

9:47 if the truck is ever on 2 wheels like that, turn into the ground (if the truck is on its right side, turn right, or "into the ground") and at the same time, apply full throttle until it straightens out. they do this all the time in monster jam, and it works in lumber! i think its called a sidewall donut or something like that in monster jam.

lava wood= logs:$3
planks:$28
frost/ice wood= logs:$9
planks:$109
Per unit*
Thts why lava is better, it sells for less per unit but therefore it is bigger
So it comes the same
But lava is faster to get

New content you should do: Retail Tycoon 2
I use phantom wood but it's a waste of time do to how long it takes to spawn it takes 120 hours to spawn but it is worth about 450 per plank
unless you're exploiting, the stuff isn't worth the trouble, even if you have everything you need
just a tip to newer players id reccomend cherry trees (the one with pink leaves with wood of a purple hue) get yourself a hardened axe walk up the mountian get a birch tree (White trunk) do it a few times and get a plot and truck continue with the birch trees till you get a grey sawmil and then buy some tnt and go run frost trees eventually get a sawmax 2 keep it going till you got a large truck and trailer you can get 20k per run its pretty good better than lava once you get things going try get 3 trailers and then youll be at 40k a run which will take around 20 to 30mins for a full run + sell.
Edit: one other thing if you get lucky you might find a more well set player on a server and be able to do some work for them and get payed well.

I thought you'll do the sawmill glitch on the lava tree, im surprised you didn't know that
This glitch will allow you to mill a wood that's bigger than the sawmill
This is how you do it:
1. Move the sawmill but don't place it
2. Grab the wood and Position it inside of where the sawmill is
3. Cancel moving the sawmill
4. Let go of the wood
Note: it doesn't work if the wood is too big or too long
