Spot on...i was lead singer in a band for 10 yrs. I gave everything i had for this band. Pandemic caused chaos which in turn caused my guitar player and i to split due to him telling me he had someone else 2 wks before xmas :( ...i moved to another state ..fell into depression and lost my purpose :( Long story short..i was offered a position as an A&R/Talent Scout for an indie label from 2 people whom i met and knew years ago. I was shocked and honored to accept. Now, the 1 Co-Owner took ill and things dont look for him to be able to come back. The other Co- Owner stated to me she cant do this without me...i miss writing/creating songs, performing etc but im being taught even more of the industry and i am slowly finding my purpose by helping other talented artists/bands be successful and in that.. it makes me whole again ...thank you for this deep and beautiful reading. The owners are up there in age and i feel the 1 is teaching me all she knows because she sees the passion, compassion, and drive in me to carry on the company. Im truly being blessed.
