The first part is not part of the song Misplaced, it's the introduction to the concert named Prelude For Reckoning and it was written by Jani Liimatainen, the guitarist at the time! :)

You could try full moon, Victoria's secret, white pearl black oceans, shy, replica, tallulah, the end of this chapter ...
They are very good to tell you a story.
Great reaction and glad you heard sonata arctica. Tony Kakko is good friend of Tuomas from Nightwish.
You can try also the Northern Kings. In this band you can hear the voice of Marco from Nightwish, Tony from Sonata Arctica,Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto from Charon and Jarkko Ahola. All are very good finnish voice.

Japanese audiences used to be so restrained and polite - even quiet and seemingly unresponsive (ask Uriah Heep and Iron Maiden!). It's only since the Dokken, Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses tours of the 80's/90's (among others, which I saw) that they "loosened up"... my point is I really appreciate the crowd participation in this video!
