The day is coming when a horse is going to seriously injured somebody , and who will be responsible ?? The officers , the guard or someone else for not putting barriers up to prevent people getting to close to the horses .
I've seen a vid where a woman had to be hospitalized after horse bit her hand or arm. It said they could hear the crunch when it penetrated to the bone. I've seen where a kid was crying after it was bit/nipped by a horse.
What is the matter with that girls parents????!!!! The horse is obviously not happy, and she's in FRONT of the bollards! Where are the parents, why aren't they protecting their child? She did not make the horse "go crazy", shame on this channel for that click bait, but she did keep testing the boundaries by getting closer and closer. The Trooper must take some responsibility for that, not nipping it in the bud right away. It's not being mean to uphold and enforce the rules, it's a question of safety for all concerned. She could have been trampled. The parents are clearly negligent, and at the very least, pulled aside for a stern talking to. They would have been trying to sue everyone if the child had been hurt, but it would have come down to their clueless neglect. Shame, get some parenting skills before it's too late.
Why would a parent let their child get so close, it's their job to protect them. There is even a sign that warns the horse could bite or kick. These are military horses, not a petting zoo. First priority for a parent is their child's safety, not a photo.

Those horses.....now get this into your thick head,... have been trained to deal with loud noise, sudden noise, people doing things unexpectedly, large groups of people. Don't you think that if the guard was concerned about those two people, he would have said something to them.
