He was charged with triple murder on November 8th, 2023. But take a good look at his face. The media is under orders to only photograph him from the neck down in court. Guess they call it HollyWEIRD for a reason.

Well, this is ongoing case, victoriacat3017. That might be the explanation.
If you don’t believe in privilege the fact that the media can’t photograph his face should tell you all that you need to know. Idk what kind of strings his daddy pulled to make that happen but I’m sure it has to do with vanity not safety.
Oh, I do not believe in "white" privilege, but I I do believe in rich and famous privilege. Dose not matter the colors for that! They are given a pass every turn, and watch this it will be a lesser charge for him. I will be surprised if justice happens here.

It is fairly common for courts across the US to restrict or prohibit TV cameras showing, or zooming in on the defendant, and has _nothing_ to do with California or Hollywood.

The people he hired go to the police station to tell them they seen dead body parts in a bag they were hired to dispose and police tell him to call 911???? So you cant go to an actual police station anymore for help??? Thats crazy!!!!
Aside from his horrible crime, this guy is such a ridiculous real live parody of the characters in the movie Zoolander. Everything about him makes me sick 😫

I understand people thinking that it might be privilege, but there are enough images of this guy already in the public domain that media could use for news stories instead of an image from the neck down.

But given his family connections, it already goes without saying that he’s going to benefit from privilege. He can afford top representation etc.

He could have marked his face up or have something the judge wants to keep under wraps for now. Don’t worry this won’t last forever. Wait and see what happens first instead of jumping to mindless conclusions.

As a So Cal native. I worked construction all over. My half brother and sister lived in the valley, along with half a dozen nephews and a niece. They were close to my age. It was a strange dynamic. So glad I was able to retire and get out of California. Haven't been back and not sure I will ever visit again...

The police couldn't be bothered initially & kept referring the workers who reported this to another division to handle it. Did they recognize the name & didn't want to be involved or anyone from that zip code is protected?

I used to live near there and I house and dog sat for people in Tarzana before we moved to Nor Cal 2 years ago. Crazy stuff happening in the San Fernando Valley! 🤦🏼♀️

Somehow, the personal notification for the new episode never showed up on my home page, so I missed the premiere. And I kept refreshing the True Crime Recaps page, and my home page over and over, but the video never showed up on either feed. I thought, maybe we're not getting an episode today. Stupid TH-cam! I really hate this platform when it does this!
I can't imagine how those guys felt when they saw Haskell's wife's and in-law's body parts in those garbage bags. And then, they had to call 911, even after they went to the police to report what they found? WTF?
Haskell is certifiable; that is for certain. I guess we'll have to wait and see if he's found mentally competent to stand trial for what he's done. And then, we'll have to see if he's going to serve prison time or be locked up in a psychiatric hospital. Either way, I get a very creepy vibe from him.

Alot of people in the comments i see wondering if he is not showing his face because hes privileged.. he probably has his face covered or maybe gaged because hes been spitting or biting gaurds. If the the first imagine of him in court room is of him looking like Hannibal Lectur then he will automatically look scary. I think the judge knows he will be able to afford an attorney that would be able to make a strong arguement of defamation or something. Shes just covering her bases. If it was just privlage then he wouldnt have been charged in the first place.
