We have no experience in screen printing on leggings. I guess it has to be stretchy polyester ink. If you use waterbased inks ask ink supplier about stretch additive. Thanks.

Could you estimate what times I should start experimenting with times using the exposure calculator? Still 5 second intervals?
Maybe 3 second per step. Please make sure ink on the film is opaque BLACK.
