Ryan, you were in some rare form on this one, flying in sketch sites, hitting poles, breaking props, flying unbalanced props, WOW! But I gotta say, you keep it real and it is videos like this that keep me pumped about the hobby! Thanks Brother.

Ryan and TJ fantastic demonstration of the newest of the Eflite 1.2m P51 Ds. It’s great to show how easy it is to repair mishaps and keep flying. Best honest demo flight. Well done Horizon Hobby and Pilot Ryan. Jeff in LA USA

I was just thinking to myself, “self, that land area looks really difficult and I would probably hit one of those… oh, my, yeah just like that…” as you clipped the pole with the wing and pogo stocked it into the frozen turf. Glad I am not the only one to have done this with a 1.2 Mustang on a maiden. Now that I know your are a mere mortal I feel significantly better about myself. Thank you for the elevation of my self esteem. And also thank you for having the stones to show us that you are also able to be capable of making mistakes and that we all do eventually. Great job on the bush fix to finish up the video, too. There are two kinds of pilots… those that have crashed and those that will.

I am sure when you hit that post you was thinking "Cripes All Mighty" Great review and loved the attack head on video with the peel offs. Looked awesome. Fly ,crash, rebuild, repeat is what his hobby is about. I seen Pilot Ryan take a Flex Innovations Cessna 182 full speed knife edge so close to the ground I am sure he killed a fire ant on the runway. He is a excellent Pilot and had a rare mishap.👍👍👊

@@leebenson4874 I Fly helicopter and planes, and I find myself flying the helicopter more than the planes because I don't need as much space.
How ironic that some models are called "park flyers", and yet most parks don't allow drones or any flying RC models. 😦

I'm not overly impressed by the 1.2m birds, when are they going to revise the profile to the subjects they are portraying instead of the H and later models with the taller fin? That fin and rudder look cartoonish - such a pity because I have even smaller Mustangs that fly beautifully with the scale profile and smaller fin. The detail is also more along the lines of the 850 series and has not improved in 20 years - that said the electronics have improved massively but for me the scale and finish is vital.

information pilot-induced pole and prop strikes. sad. from 10:15, the amount of noise coming from the prop/nose is now excessive.! there is (probably) an associated increase in the amount of vibration (in the airframe). this possibility SHOULD CONCERN you. 11:30 as far as we know, you have Never flown the model, at a safe altitude, into a stall, or observed its Gliding behavior. (this landing approach was, subsequently, AWFUL.) when you know how to GLIDE a model, you will also know how to LAND it.
forget about flaps and just FLY the dam elevator.! the deployment of flaps does NOT lower the airspeed at which the control surfaces STOP being effective.! googletranslate
