    • INGREDIENTS •
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 cup kimchi, drained and chopped
    2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
    3 cups cooked rice
    1/4 cup kimchi juice
    1/2 cup green onion (eschallot), finely sliced, plus more to garnish
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 egg
    crispy seasoned seaweed, shredded, to garnish
    toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
