I miss that minion rush
Completing the missions and unlocking more areas and levels is the best way to increase your score multiplier. The Ninja minion I believe increases your score multiplier by 10 for any run, not just one area. I wouldn't go for a super high score until I complete as many missions as I could, preferably all areas currently available for play. I am in Area 26, level 361 at the moment. I have collected all fruits in prior levels to that. I'm only half way through the game right now, and I have a base multiplier of 155. It takes me less than one minute to score a million points without even trying, they just come with the mission. If I continue on to complete all available missions, by my calculations I'll have a base multiplier of 263. At that point I will go for a high score and use a few revives in the process, and I'll let you know what that score comes out to be!

So the golfer is the cousin of the ninja minion I bought and defeated El Macho 2 times in a single run and one loss to a chicken but still can't beat my high score that I practice on the mall and score almost 4 million.
when you get the despicable actions you also get more points
