As Bowser Jr., to recover around tjolt, you have a few options. You can clank out a tjolt or two with uair, you can recover high from far enough away from the ledge to avoid tjolt entirely, and/or you can airdodge past tjolt after using up b from low enough, which will allow you to grab ledge afterward with the correct spacing and timing. If you're close enough, you can also just position for a directional airdodge to ledge; if tjolt hits you out of it, just directional airdodge again and you'll make it. Finally, on most stages, you can recover under the stage to the other ledge.
