All you have to do is ask "is the content on the URL unique" "if so Google should index it" if not "simply worry not too much about indexation of blogger URLs that has no unique content" paginated URLs, categories, tags, archieve URLs etc. do not waste time on those. Only focus on indexation issues for URLs you want Google to index because that particular URL you want Google to index *has unique, original, useful content*
