I really don't mind at all going to estate sales with you - I find it very interesting as you never ever see anything like that in Labrador - excuse my ignorance, but exactly what is an estate sale, is it where someone passes w/no family/nok to take over their belongings? I'm nosey and just love to look at the insides of other ppl's houses, lol. Oh my, the infamous Chic falay - I notice it's quite popular in the states - i guess it's comparable to Mary Brown's here in Canada where their motto is "Mary Brown's has the best legs in town". lol. Have you every had Mary Brown's chicken? It's very good and all chicken products - wraps, Big Mary - which is a chicken burger, or of course straight up breaded chicken w/fries or taters, salads and gravy. I can definitely relate to being not a good direction person when driving - nobody every wants me to drive!! True story - lol. you gals are estate sale queens - love it!! P.S I don't know how you stand the heat there - we go by celsius and +24 C is my limit, which converts to 75 F, lol - I would die in 100 degree heat and would have to either stay very close to an a/c unit or in a cool bath, ha ha.
I love it. Your replies make me smile. An estate sale can be of passing or living. Living estate sales mean they could be moving to another state, city, or down the street to another home. But yes they are when someone passes away. I feel I’m giving the items I purchased a new sense of belonging. Mary Browns sounds like KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken. Sounds pretty good. I’ve never tried a Mary Browns before. Ugh this heat is pretty unbearable at times. You have to keep yourself hydrated or you’ll pass out.
