Gameplay wise, it’s pretty repetitive and Honestly contrived how the wishing works but at the same time, I adore the different senarios you’re put into with the levels to make each of them feel like episodes you could see from the show but this time, they’re all connected to a main arching plot. The comedy could be better but it has its moments
I'm saying it now, the suit alone terrified me as a kid and I hated that enemy with every fiber of my being. Seeing it run at you as a child is one moment I can't erase from my memory.
I remember stubbornly brute-forcing the first suit until I learned to get past it without moths. Not that it helped much since other suits aren't as easily dodgeable. To this day I still love breaking games in impractical ways.
There was a prequel to this game called Breakin' Da Rules made by the same people which is kinda average, but the voice acting sounds so muffled for whatever reason. It's like they took the mic and dipped it in ketchup or something.
Random fact: A lot of people consider Breakin' Da Rules kinda bad compared to this game. Mostly because the animation and story is worse. Edit- Reworded some things and added another sentence.
@@notverygoodchannel404 I do like this game better, they definitely refined the gameplay, visuals, etc. I wouldn't call BDR a lot worse but it's definitely the worse game out of the 2
Yeah its weird, the controls are kinda wonky, and the animation is solid for such an old game and odd looking property, but that audio is just so bad, and idk why
@@kokorogensou yeah, the game itself is bad, but whats there like, asset wise and whatnot is surprisingly decent for what shouldve been all around garbage
I played this game so much in like 2009. I remember everything so clearly because of how weird it is. Especially the suit chasing you, that used to be scary to me
I remember playing this a lot as a kid. It’s actually pretty good by licensed game standards. It is pretty short though, you can beat it in like 2-3 hours if you know what you’re doing
I used to love playing this game as a kid on my GC, those were good times. Seeing you guys play it fills me with so much nostalgia. Please do a full playthrough of this.
I’d actually love to see you guys playing the Rugrats Search for Reptar game! I had it when I was little but couldn’t get past a certain level where you had to get something out of a fridge without getting attacked by ghosts, because my disc was scratched. I actually really loved the game tbh-
