just want to say huge props to you for still filming and posting even your tough rides. i know how discouraging it can be to just get through those lessons, so just want to say i appreciate you!
Awwww that’s so sweet of you to say! Thank you so much 🥰 yes it’s important to show the good and the bad! Not everyone has perfect rides all the time ❤️
I am so glad I found your channel you are an amazing rider!! I ride western and I am going to start show jumping!Your videos are so inspirational since I am starting something new and different as a teen It makes me so happy to find videos of equestrians that show that there is no age to start something new as long as you are passionate and love what you do!
Some horse are really sensitive and some are not like if I put my leg on the saddle and I try not to get so tense 18:06 in riding if he feels that you are tense he will go fast because he can feel that you are tense and it might be that something is uncomfortable for him so that is why he might be acting out sometimes they will definitely get moody I had that happen to me
I totally understand your situation with bandit sometimes sensitive horses can be a little hard to understand or work with. I ride a horse similar to bandit and I definitely understand the struggle. Sometimes it can also be difficult to get back into the rhythm if you haven’t ridden in a week or two.
Omg yessss, it’s definitely difficult trying to understand him, especially since I don’t get to ride him that often! I’m glad to hear that I’m not alone in this! 🥰
I'm like so superstitious and it may sound stupid and weird but I'm so scared of horses with blue eyes! It's not scared like "omg I can't bear to look at them or touch them" because I will gladly touch or go near any horse but whenever I ride a horse with blue eyes I always have bad luck! Like I'll almost fall off or they'll take off with me idk it's so weird 😂 I guess they just don't like me lol. Also ik sometimes horse with blue eyes are just young but sometimes they aren't so dw guys im not clueless of not experienced horses I'm not a complete idiot! It's nothing personal like I love all horses it's just my bad luck and my superstitious self 😂
What helps me with stiff legs? Is to stretch your legs before a ride. Like you can do it on the bed you can left your leg on the bed and lean back and press down on your knee it helps stretch everything. I hope it helps you
I can definitely hear you getting really upset with bandit and i totaly hear you, I work with young green horses. The only advice I can give you is practice. Your a new rider, don't expect yourself to know what to do in these situations. Improve your leg and foot position, being frustrated when you don't understand what your doing wrong is really hard. Believe in yourself, improve, I've had so many horses take off with me and for a while I had a massive fear of being dumped of the side of my horse because she would speed up so much threw turns and jumps. Trust me when I say you are an amazing rider, be the change you want to see ❤❤ keep going clara, I'll be cheering your name
It was definitely a frustrating and difficult ride but a valuable ride nonetheless!! Thank you so much for the words of encouragement, it really means a lot to me 🥰🥰🥰
@@RidewithClara it was super fun, but you gotta be aware that your horse has a friend that is outside because that makes you more successful because if you can get your horse to not so much worry about their friend then it feels good when you have your horses trust
Hii Clara amazing vid like always ❤ Love you alot you are littearly a queen and my idol ❤ I cried today because i missed my jumping lesson and was so excited to jump 50cm :( but i hope i make it next time!
you might want to put the reins all the way to the buckle when walking bc he seems sensitive in the mouth a little and when trotting, put your weight all the way through your heels!!
Last time you rode him had he been worked by an experienced rider when you picked him up maybe? In any case, it's always good to have a challenge and good practice for feeling the canter lead, since so many horses are so good at picking up the correct lead every time!
I’m not sure!!! But yes, it’s definitely good practice to ride someone who’s not so good at picking up the right lead, sometimes I get so comfortable on a horse that knows their job that I even forget to check if they have the right lead!
Wow 3 months!!! I can’t imagine having to take that much time off riding. But I’m so glad your hand is better and you get to ride again! I hope it went really really well 🥰🫶🏻
YAAASS U FINALLY POSTED 🎉 🎈 😂

@@RidewithClaraI would recommend doing no stirrups trotting because that helped me a lot
Bandits like if u have beef with someone might as well have it with everyone lol!!!!
I think a great name the the new addition to FSE is Buck Wild from ice age because he's a buckskin

❤❤ hey Clara, just a question how long are your lessons?
Group lessons are 1 hour long! Not including tack up time 🥰
Where do you ride?❤
What is the name of the riding school?
Where do u ride?
Is Bandit a Quarter Horse? He’s so solid!
Mmm good question!! I’m not sure actually.. I don’t think he is tho
Is there a reason you only do group lessons?:)
It’s just what I can afford right now! I’ll take private lessons at some point I’m sure ☺️
