Great videos. You probably know this by now, but for others interested in the camping rules there: You can camp most anywhere up there for a night as long as you're not on someone's crop field or close to someone's house because of the "everyman's right to roam" laws there.
Some of the best video story telling of trail hikes I've seen, video taking, format and editing is spot on perfect. You deserve a ten fold and more in subscribers at this stage, I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before you get that following. Wishing you success so you can afford more frequent adventures, or a bit more camera kit!
On a side note, we were doing a short thru hike in the Cairngorms/ Scotland 2 years ago at same time as you and last year we were about 100 miles north of you on the Kungsleden too, what an amazing place!
Got a two week Hebridean way (islands of west coast of Scotland) thru hike lined up to start the year with (next couple of months), hoping it will be as quiet and not too many hikers to talk sh*t to! I expect it to rain a lot...
Hey thanks again another great video love it

Hell yeah man
Thank you for your hard work putting these on TH-cam. This trail looks absolutely amazing! Very different than the CDT but similar in some ways too.
Always glad to hear from you.
Happy to hear you are doing well.
Love your music that you chose
I know a man who shaves at least 20 times a day and still has a beard. He is a barber. Peace
HELL YEAH!!!
Hi IBTAT 👋🏻! Beautiful country and beautiful music to go along with it! Lovin this trail!!
Wondered when ep12 was coming! It was worth the wait. Very beautiful scenery, awesome wildlife and perfect editing! Love the drone shots as well! Thank you for sharing, Jeff!
Always enjoy your videos !
Have you considered goretex socks? I, like you, opt for breathable non-waterproof footware. However i always take goretex socks just incase drying my shoes/feet becomes impossible. Or bread bags
Most, even Swedes, get "Freedom to Roam" wrong. Its not a right but obligations/rules you must perform in nature to be allowed to stay there. So most people think about it in the opposite way it was intended.
First you must fulfill society's obligations in order to enjoy its rights/freedoms, if you think about Freedom to roam in that way then your closer to the truth. If you don't follow the rules your right to roam can be taken away from you. If you stay on someone land (witch is okey to some extent) but you don't follow the rules. Then you cant claim "freedom to roam" and you can get fines or driven out.
About national parks, strait from the sorce:
"National parks, nature reserves and protected areas. In national parks, some nature reserves and protected areas, there may be specific rules that limit certain activities to protect particularly sensitive environments and species" So yes, there can be special areas where you have to camp and so on (even in sweden).
But at the big trails like Kungsleden, its tipically no problem and you can sleep whereever. There are usislly extra rules around starting a fire and sutch.
