For pentesting, I started learning Python and after doing a couple books on the basics, I started focusing on pentesting with it but I quickly came to the realization that not knowing the ins and outs of Linux was holding me back. I never wanted to just copy the code without knowing what every line was doing.
These type of videos fill in those knowledge gaps really well
