Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!

I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!

Imagine climbing a mountain and the only thing you care about is standing on the summit so you never take your eyes off the top of the mountain. That means you’re not OBSERVING where you’re placing your feet. You’re so busy STRIVING for the summit that you can’t be bothered to notice that you’re about to step off the side of a cliff because you won’t stop looking at the summit. The time to look at the summit is when you actually get there. In the meantime, watch where you’re placing your feet right now. For me, learning to focus on process instead of outcome changed everything. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Watch your step. Tao of Trading.

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

Who said that even just that brings to a winning method? Y'all keep telling yourselves all the 'yes'es and the mental masturbation from any type of fancy video like this.. The guy is just another paid mentor. I assure you he haven't made much money from trading but from his mentorship. He also says traders keep making the same emotional mistakes and not sticking to their plan. As if the plan is working? How does one know if their plan is profitable in the first place?
And don't get me started on the biggest scam called day trading and technical analysis. Like sticking to a plan mechanically or something? Then why isn't that 'plan' quantified in the first place? Because it's insignificant, lol. "Expectations and emotions and yada yada"...
If 'stick to your plan' means having a mechanical approach, then it doesn't get you far either! Many trading algorithms and machine learning methods have tried that and proved that technical analysis has no predictive significance. Try read some CFA articles and capstones to see the reality lol. This guy and every fake guru all keep making these types of videos thinking they are educating people, but instead, they are just 'fancy' rants to attract more attention to whatever schemes they are pulling.

This is pure Gold. I'm not yet an active trader, being currently in the process of researching and informing myself. However, the application of Taoist philosophy resonates highly with me and I think will buoy me towards making that first tentative step towards my goal. The principles discussed here are ones that I actively use in all aspects of life, and ones that I'm trying to instill in my own children. Focusing on each step one takes, and consciously enjoying and appreciating the process is a sure fire way of reaching any goal and I wish all of you on the same path the very best in excelling in this one, simple step, in order to reach your own goals!

Thanks for sharing Tao trading. I am Asian and have known the idea for a long time, but when I was young, I didn't realize what it meant. As I grew older and learned more, it became apparent that building good habits leads to success instead of solely chasing big goals. You never know what will happen tomorrow. I started my ecommerce business and made numerous attempts, but this time I have no specific expectations of what I want to achieve. Instead, I am focusing on doing every part to the best of my ability. I have had some success with this approach. In trading, it's important to learn the fundamentals, start with a small capital, learn from as many failures as possible to adjust your setup and risk management, and taking profit based on the determined prices outlined in your trading plan. By doing the right things consistently, it definitely can scale up your capital and minimize emotional decision making.

Made it all the way through and you have a new sub in me! I’ve been trading since the pandemic and never really found stability because of all the reasons you highlighted. I’ve taken a year off to get my mind right and produce an income that won’t make me reliant on trading. The concept of removing expectations and the need to make money isn’t foreign to me as I had to do a lot of soul searching to arrive at the same conclusion, but I loved the reinforcement from your own unique perspective. I’m finally ready to jump back in and this was my sign that I don’t need to force this comeback or strive to reach my goals. The "Striving vs Arriving" is a powerful "I AM" message. The profitable trader's stream of consciousness doesn't focus on P/L or W/L(they know that it is a by product of their daily routine); they're always managing the system with the edge in mind. The pitfalls never come because they're always visualizing the tasks that generate success, versus the emotions/ideas that create loss. Observing the day versus trying to win it.

Tao Trading! My personal opinion is obsession is what separates the greats from the rest. However I think your explanation digs all the way down to the root in regards to what this means and what the mentality "looks" like and "feels" like for a successful trader. It's not simply obsession...it's love for the game...NOT love for WINNING the game. The winning comes automatically when you stick to your game plan. It's knowing the winning doesn't come all the time, but it comes more often than not, as long as you stick to your plan.

Tao Trading! This video comes at the perfect time as I was trying to reflect on the experience and feeling I had wrapping up my trading for the month of July. The results of July were a profitable p&l but throughout the month I stuck exactly to my process and trading plan and the results speak for themselves. The 1 day I broke from my plan gave results you would expect when ego and greed take over. None the less it was the best process month I’ve ever had trading.
My question and reflection now, and maybe you can do a follow up, is staying in this mental state. The fact that I’m now aware that this state exists provides a new challenge of being aware of the flow without overthinking the flow.
    Hopefully that makes sense
Exceptional video that applies across the entirety of the life experience. Looking forward to more discussions.

Learned a lot from this man. Thats such a true fact. When you try rushing the process it tends to put a resistance on what your goal is and makes it harder. ICT talks about this a lot you just have to accept what is. And then the outcome will produce on its own. Really enjoyed this actually felt good listening to this. Trading is a completely different way to program your mind. And use it in all aspects of life. You got to stop focusing on on what if or when. Because truly it just ruins you when you think it won’t.

Tao Trading.... That video opened my eyes.
ive been trading since 3 years on my personal accounts i'm doing profitable investing and good investments.
but always when im taking on these challenge for prop firm accounts im failing at the end of these challenges even so it looked like i would pass it with ease in the beginning.
its because i put expectation in to every trade which brings me closer to passing the challenge, because i know a big funded account would probably change my life.
but this expectation is destroying my process of passing a challenge.
that is a important puzzle piece and you sir opened my eyes, i instantly wrote 2 notes which i have above my desktop while trading, which says play the game and be an observer.
im a good tennis player in reallife and won many matches and the matches i won i didn't thought about what i was doing.... i just played the game.
that video is so crazy im definitely gonna listen more than just once to it.
    THANK YOU

    Really profound! Tao trading.
As an Investor I came to observe one phenomenon you talked about and I belive all observers of a market, participate in the devine timing of market moves over longer timehorizons. For example, the market has a steep upmove and more people come into the market with expectations of further rising prices. oc especially these people get fucked but also smart money that was early developed emotions and through linear thinking, expectations. So what has to follow is a kind of euthanasia rollercoaster of emotions that wear of over time (sentiment reset). Until all participants are reset and dont care about the outcome anymore/ dont participate, the market has no decicive directional move

Exceptional video. Thank you! I also wanted to say that when I trade after drinking too much caffeine, my mindset switches from being calm to being "on edge". Caffeine makes me externally focused, more anxious, and much more prone to trading mistakes. Science tells us why... (I have a degree in psychology with an emphasis on neuroscience) Caffeine activates the stress center of the brain and lowers blood flow to the brain by about 25%. It makes us want to move faster (too much dopamine and adrenaline) while dumbing us down. These effects are dose dependent, so the more you intake, the more effect caffeine has on us. So, many will find it helpful to be careful about caffeine intake while trading. There are individual differences, so honor your own response to it. Hope this helps!

This comment proves exactly whats wrong in this crappy industry.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.

I’ve been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading crypto. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

I will advice you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.

If you can, then get a professional to trade for you I think that way your assets are more secure.

I’d recommend Trisha Davis, her profit is great even when there’s a dip

Tao trading! Great insights especially about discerning the difference between falling in love with the hopes and dreams of “being a trader” versus surrendering to the truth of what is right here now and the ever evolving journey of fostering habits and systems that can actually facilitate becoming a trader.

Tao Trading: I'm 5+ years in and this struck a few light bulbs
Things I realized from the vid is what an actual red and green day is ... not necessarily PnL but did you follow your plan or not. Did you over leverage , go on tilt etc...
I plan on adding that concept to my Journaling [ red or green day ] based on following my plan and not the PnL that's so powerful brotha. Thanks
I think turning off the PnL when in a trade would help take your mind off money as well and solely focusing on the trade. Thanks bro definitely got my subscribe & support. Happy trading brotha
My goal now is not to be profitable but instead consistent in my trading plan. Taking those A setups and trusting the process. It's weird because we, as traders, know this but find it's difficult to disengage from that greedy way of thinking. But it's true ... how bad do you really want it ? Keep up the work brotha 💪
