    Great video, Brian. This is such a good way into model car making. I would say anyone that doesn't know what to make in there shop next should try this.

    Hi Brian, Is it possible to have a set of plans for the indexing jig. I make a lot of wheels for different toys. I use a jig that is a bit hit and miss. Your setup would certainly speed things up a bit.

    What if you tried to do it the way you make a bandsaw box - after cutting the general shape of the car, cut both flat sides off. Then cut the chair profile out, and drill the window profiles out of your "sides". Then you can just glue the sides back on

      Will have to do that for you on the next model I build. Its been a coupole years since I have done a model, its about time to do another one.
