Call me slow, but, today God had me look up Derek's first wife whom he had so fondly referred to so many times. Oh my, what a blessing given us in her own words ....speechless and moved to the core! ❤️❤️❤️ Am moved into new inspiration and devotion. Thank you Lydia...Woman of God!

What an exceptional woman of God! To be led that way and to answer God's call. She is such an inspiration. So practical in her application of God's call on her life. It seems like nothing daunted her...she KNEW God would provide all she needed. I pray to have such a faith! No longer with us, but still bringing the message of hope in Christ!! What a woman of Faith Lydia was. To go to Israel in those years, a woman alone, without money, would be counted crazy. But this proves that she was led by God and she obeyed Him. What an encouragement and inspiration Lydia’s life continues to be, even now that she is with Jesus! I read Appointment in Jerusalem years ago, and it’s one of those books that never leaves you. If you haven’t read it, you should!!
A woman at church loaned me the book and I am so thankful she did! I couldn’t put it down! I only pray the Lord moves in my life like hers It seems these days even Christian women spend too much time on the outward appearance (which I am guilty of too) perfect hair, makeup beautiful, nice figure etc. I’m trying to drop those things and seek the Lord more ...... life is too short to focus on such things
Kathy H , Yes! I believe we are moving into a time in history where God is moving on the church to fully consecrate ourselves to Him in preparation for the revival that is coming. I feel it too. To lay down lesser things and really be all in for Jesus!! Blessings!!
I find a book "GOD is a Matchmaker" in 2016 of Derek Prince ....couldn't put it down! Since then I'M HOOKED! I've just finished Lydia book "Appointment in Jerusalem" and I cried, smiled and laughed through that book.....I felt the Holy Spirit so many times while reading that book....the details is so fascinated and it felt so real as if I was there! I praise GOD for Derek, Lydia and Ruth testimonies! Lydia and Ruth inspire me so much ....

I have the joy of the Lord... but I want to speak in tongues but only if the Lord wants me to do so. I read in scripture that not everyone will speak in tongues..Maybe I am one who will not? I have opened my mouth but it never sounds genuine to me and I don't trust what does not come from God. I love Lydia and Derek Prince so much. what a testimony! Can anyone give me advice regarding the gift of tongues.

To the human questioning intelect speaking in tongues will always sound like giberish. The Lord says in 1 Corinthians 14 to eagerly ask for the spiritual gifts. By what the Lord says in Luke 11:13, and, knowing that one of the sign of being baptized in the Holy Spirit Is speaking in tongues, also, because that's a sign that will follow those that believe in Him (according to Mark 16:17-18), i can tell you that you will speak in tongues. In Jesus name, amen.

During WW2 Hitler came to murder and take away the Jews , so, the Danes ALL wore the Jewish Star as Jews were forced to wear the Magden David this saved the Jews , and the Lord has blessed the Danes. “Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem they shall prosper that love Thee” !
