I love judge Simpson!! Why do people CONTINUOUSLY show up to COURT, and lay down, brush their beard, pat their hair, show no respect, answer with huh or yuh? These same people complain of racism, the man is putting them down, etc. Are they that stupid? Clueless? Slow minded? Signed me Curious in Colorado
I think the guy started off with a good argument that he wasn't being represented zealously by the P.D's office and he sounds truly frustrated but then he started going off the rails with some crazy talk. Does Michigan have a mental health court? I'm glad to hear there's an investigator looking into the case with the P.D.
As far as the comment, I find a good majority of all defendants are "difficult". Also, I just found this channel! Thanks for your work and cont3nt. With permission, I'd like to bring it to the attention of 2 similar channel producers I know. I would bet they'll love your stuff and help promote you to their subscribers.
Thank you. And sure! If you mean Law Talk With Mike or Old Squishy Gardner, I’ve sent both of them my stuff and they have used it. But if it’s someone else, that would be awesome. My intentions are to mostly focus on Michigan, which is where I’m from.
If the criminal has thirty two thousand dollars why does he have a public defender, he doesn’t qualify, make him hire a lawyer with the funds he says someone stole from him.
It’s not concerning because as judge Simpson knows he’s trying to get a psych doctor to find him incompetent and as he’s shown he knows exactly what he’s doing, maybe he talks to much, that will prove he has used several problems, memory deprivation and poisoning, just in case the other excuses for incompetency aren’t founded, I say keep talking inmate Johnson you’re making their case.
ANN ARBOR, MI - After decades of investigation, a man believed to have killed his infant child in 1982 as an act of control over the child’s mother now faces a murder charge. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel formally announced charges against Isiah Williams for the murder of his infant daughter Olisa Williams, who has been missing since July 1982 and presumed dead, at a press conference Thursday, Oct. 14. Nessel, alongside Ann Arbor Police Chief Michael Cox and Ann Arbor Det. Dan Iverson, explained that her office’s decision to charge was based on years of dogged investigation by Iverson. “Domestic violence is a crime that takes many forms, but it is ultimately about control,” Nessel said at the conference. “Perpetrators of domestic violence may utilize intimidation, manipulation, emotional abuse, financial abuse, physical and sexual assault which can escalate to murder in the pursuit of control over their victims. In the case of Isaiah Williams, we believe he murdered 9-month-old Olisa Williams as an act of control over her mother.” Olisa’s mother, Denise Frazier-Daniel, suffered years of domestic abuse at the hands of Williams while they were married and living in Ohio, Nessel said. The child was born in Ann Arbor while Williams was in prison. He is not believed to be her biological father, officials said. Williams was angry about Olisa’s birth, telling Frazier-Daniel she should have had an abortion, according to Nessel. During an act of domestic violence on April 29, 1982, Williams hit Frazier-Daniel and took Olisa with him. It is believed he took her to Michigan where family and friends of the couple still lived, Nessel said. Williams was Olisa’s legal father at the time of her disappearance, leading police in Ohio to believe they could not do anything at the time, Nessel said. There were initial reports of Williams and Olisa being seen together in the spring and summer of 1982 in Michigan, but then the child disappeared with no explanation from Williams, Nessel said. Iverson took over the investigation in 2011 and in 2015 submitted homicide charges to the Washtenaw County Prosecutors Office. Homicide charges were denied in the case, however, according to a denial document from the Washtenaw County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. While Olisa was presumed dead and there was suspicion of who killed the child - that person’s name was omitted from the document - the manner of death, whether accidental or intentional, couldn’t be determined, prosecutors said in 2015. The case was submitted to Nessel’s office in 2021 with charges being authorized in early October, records show. Nessel said her office tends to handle cold cases more frequently since the state has more staff and better resources to pursue such cases. Williams, now 75, is currently being extradited from Chicago and is expected to be arraigned soon after arriving in Washtenaw County.
This guy has been found competent for the court system but he sure doesn't seem like he accepts or knows the basc functions of the court. He seems to have decided that he was kidnaped rather then arrested. He believes that the state doesn't even have proof of a death. He thnks that there is a chip inside of him, but no proof exists of such. Think this guy isn't really competent.
Poor Judge Simpson seems to get the difficult defendants. He handles himself so well!!
Love this judge fair balanced to the point sense of humor and loves and protects our veterans!!! thanks honorable judge Simpson god bless!!!
Indeed! Judge Simpson is one of my favs!
Judge handled these legal issues with diligence.

Interesting reverb from defendant.
That reverb is caused by all the open space in his head. The sound is bouncing around something fierce in there.
The guy in jail is clearly a nut
Have you watched anything about Kim Blandino?
@@MichiganCrimeTime no
Another good find Jes.

Yes there is mental health court, but you have to ask for it, be tested and screened then see if they will take you.

That might meet the threshold as it’s not based on gross pay…

👋 👍 🥰
I was never s9 happy when he was found guilty. If I never hear from him again that will be too soon.
He hasn’t had a trial yet…
🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
What is he charged with does anybody know the first guy!?
Mr. Williams? I will try and find out.
