All you need to make tasty stuffed pomfret fry :

• 2 Pomfret
FOR MARINATION :
• Salt
• ½ tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Ginger garlic coriander chilli paste
• 2 tbsp Kokum juice
FOR STUFFING :
• 1 bowl grated Fresh coconut
• 10-12 Garlic cloves
• ½ inch Ginger
• 3 Green chillies
• Coriander
• ½ Lemon juice
• Salt
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 tbsp Oil for frying stuffing masala
• Oil for frying pomfret
