I had the seat rear off mine last Saturday and emailed them while hunting right after it broke. Within minutes they replied and told me I could get a store credit or reimburse my card. Refunded my amount paid and I loved the vest so much I just turned around in minutes ordered a new one and they said keep the old one or throw it away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
